This is probably the worst Ulta I have ever visited. Ive gone to this particular location twice. The first time I went, my mother was accused of stealing when she was showing me a perfume. That was in October when I was buying makeup for Halloween. The associates were very stuck up/rude/acted like I was dirt under their feet. Which sucks because Ive worked in a store very much like Ulta, and I cant get over everyones attitudes. I promised myself that I wouldnt go back but I was in DESPERATE need of an eyebrow wax. Because I havent let anyone do them in months since I just moved here in July and this is the closest Ulta. But I went in today, the only friendly person was the girl cashing customers out and I was like cool they have nice people now, she told me to go to the salon in the back for eyebrows and when I got there the stylists immediately looked me up and down/eye rolling and just straight up rude. Not friendly or anything. I dont want a mean spirited person ripping hair off of my face no thanks. I ended up leaving because of the dirty stares my mother was receiving. But before I left I walked around for a highlighter and all the makeup/makeup brushes were disgusting. I could see bare pan everywhere I looked. Some compacts were empty and no one bothered to replace them. I will travel 40 minutes to the Ulta in Buckhead for now on. They are way nicer and acting ask me if Im doing okay.

I guess my experience wasnt as bad as others because I would rather ask for help instead of being hounded like in the Gap or other retail stores. I walked in, asked for what I wanted, was taken to it. No pressure to buy more or harassed for other services. No weird smell when I visited. Agree the staff didnt seem happy to be at work but I find thats most places you go in retail now.

I agree with all the one stars. When this location was open the staff either had attitude or werent helpful at all. I can understand why its not there anymore. You treat the customers with bad service they dont come back and spend money. If they dont spend money the business doesnt thrive. Business is lost, jobs are lost. Congrats to the FORMER employees of Ulta Fayetteville.

Wow. Some of these reviews are kind of negative. However, I left my mom in the hands of Jasmine Ross and I must say, Ive never seen my mom so happy with her hair on her birthday. Im an old fashioned kinda guy and I dont get the first or last thing about hair. But customer service is a big part of making people happy. And I appreciate her diligence. Thank you, young lady .

This is the closest location to me but the last couple of visits have been uneventful. An employee would walk by me on numerous occasions but still not ask if I need help. The store needs to have more items in stock and they definitely need more helping hands.

This place was unbelievably bad. Dirty, disorganized and it smelled bad, like musty carpet. Service was absolutely non-existent, the girls behind the counter were way too busy gossiping and bullshitting to help me find what I needed.

I just went because the store was still showing opened online and when got there closed...but info there when i done wat to travel to Hampton to ho to that ulta because this one is always unorganized or out on stock on several items

I agree with previous reviewer. I finally forced humor on one of them and she gave it back, so Im willing to brave a hair appointment with Jasmine Ross for my mom re the first review I just pray she still works there!

Rude when i did go. And when i went to go a few weeks ago they were totally closed i meam shutdown for good. I come in this area alot and i never saw a closing sign its like they just shutdown over night
