Ive been going to Michelle to get my eyebrows done for over 3 years and she hasnt failed me yet! I tried to do threading for a while and had one terrible experience that made me go back to her, and back to what I know! Eye brow waxing! All of the staff here is nice and friendly and the pictures you see online are exactly the same as it looks when you walk in. They are very clean and organized! All of the staff are professional and very more so experienced with their craft and skill in hair, nails, waxing, and eye lash extensions. Sometimes you have to check things out for yourself and believe it when you see it and others can go off of reliable sources who know the people, the products and services provided. Ive been going here for years and will continue to go here! Dont believe everything you hear, check it out for yourself! You wont be disappointed! :-)

pictures are not acurate. this place is seedy looking and doesnt look all that clean. Still I had to get those semi permanent eye lash extensions for $79! (tThey are usually 150-300) There is a reason why they have them cheap there! They are not the authentic eye lash extensions. authentic lash extentions should closely resemble your real lashes, these were the regular plasticy false lashes. Surgical glue should be used. there should be no strong fumes or burning.. here there were VERY strong fumes and my eyes burned all day! lash extentions are not applied to the base of your eyelashes but to the lashes themself. These lashes were applied to the base like temporary lashes.. END RESULT: they started coming out in clumps after about 8 days and anytime I washed my face or got them wet they burned like hell.. NEVER AGAin

Owner Michelle Tam is an extremely talented hair stylist and colorist. She has been coloring and cutting my hair for years and does a fantastic job. I receive compliments all the time from strangers and even old friends and family. Michelle doesnt just do what the customer asks, she suggests what she thinks will look best and that is the sign of a truly talented hair stylist. I have recommended several friends and they too are MORE than pleased with her skills and service, which also include hair highlighting, hair extensions, Japanese hair straightening, hair styling such as "updos," Brazilian blow-outs, waxing, eyelash extensions, and gel nail services.

AVOID, I received a groupon for a shellac at this salon. Upon arrival, no one greeted us for a solid 5 minutes, finally a girl came out and said we had to sign on to their computer to accept our groupon bc their system was messed up. The salon its self is a bit seedy and the girl doing nails uses an at home gellish system.... They are NOT a full service nail salon, they have no pedicure chairs, no acrylic, no tips, nothing but their version of a shellac manicure. Two days later my manicure is chipping off and she ripped a huge piece of my cuticle off in the process. Will never be going back. The photos ARE NOT reflective of the salon.

I should start by clarifying that I am not Alex Kamphaus - but I cant figure out how to change the profile My name is Raeann Reiber. I redeemed my Groupon for a mani pedi today at Prestige Salon. After reading some of the negative reviews, I considered not redeeming it at all. I am SOO glad I did!!!!! Sam was wonderful! From helping me chose the right color to the final finish coat, it was a great experience. The pedi chairs - the ones that were mentioned as being non existent in an earlier review well I SAT in one!! Theyre there. Id recommend Prestige Salon and Spa nail services and Sam without hesitation!

It is a good day for me because i came to prestige salon with black hair and wanted an ombré with pink color, the stylist Rosa who did my hair did a beautiful job, i am so happy this is going to be the salon i go to for any services in the future. While my color was processing i saw a client walk out of a room in the salon with a stunning set of individual eyelashes done by another stylist named michelle which caught my eye, im probably try that next with michelle as well. I highly recommend this full service salon.

Ive been going to Michelle for my monthly haircut for more than 6 years and have been very happy with the results! Michelle listens to exactly what you want and does a great job. Her cut is fast, but very careful and detailed and includes a wash! She is one of the only people in Cincinnati that can cut an Asian mans hair (no easy task if my past Supercuts experiences are any indication...), and Ive seen her do great things with all types of hair! Please give her a call!

Michelle was the first (and so far the only!) hairstylist to be mindful of my natural waves, and she styles it accordingly. Other places will straighten my hair to make it straight prior to cutting, but not Michelle! She is great and is the woman to go to if you are ethnic and/or have wavy hair! I go here many times a year for a haircut and eyebrow waxing, and went to Prestige for my prom up-do. It was beautiful.

I go to school about 45 min away from Prestige salon and spa and it is definitely worth the drive!! Michelle is the sweetest girl, really takes care of you and gave me GORGEOUS lashes!! They look amazing and natural and last a long time! They also do amazing gel manicures... going to do a microdermabrasion facial next time! They literally do everything - and so well too!! So happy I found this place!

The pictures were probably taken the day this spa opened for they do not reflect the look of the salon now! This place was dirty. I was concerned when I walked in but thought I would give them a chance. I was in for a mani pedi and left very quickly when I saw the tools being pulled out of a dirty cabinet and placed on a dirty surface. No wonder their groupon offer was $29 for a $60 service!

I consider Michelle, salon owner an artist. She has a high degree of talent and her salon stylists are very committed to providing their clients superior service and attention to detail. I would certainly recommend Prestige Salon to anyone not completely satisfied with their current hair stylist to try them out.

I Had mani pedi and haircut via groupon . I am ok with mani pedi but really unhappy about the haircut . they didnt even try to set the hair . i felt like i just waked out of washing my hair . i have been to other places via groupon . when you walk out you can go places , not rush home to fix it .
