Omg so I finally decided to come and get my hair twisted. Im sooooooo glad I did. They were so nice, and took time out to explain and show me examples. They offer so many different styles other than just twist. Im already planning my next hair style. I will definitely be coming back to the Fayetteville location. Keisha and Olivia did an EXCELLENT job. Ive had so many bad experiences with getting my hair done by other people but now I dont have to worry. Plus they specialize in healthy hair and even educate you on how to maintain your hair under the braids.

I was a first time client. Hair appt at 4. I Got there 30 min late. Was on a business call and did not call them to say I would be late. When I arrived I was told its a 15 min grace period. I apparently had missed this fine print. It was not in any of the reminder emails. I explained that I lived an hour away had fought through traffic and apologized for being tardy. I was sent home. Told there was no one who could help me not even if I changed to a simpler style. I was prepared to spend $150 and bc I was late no one could help? Poor customer service.

Per the site, opening hours start at 11 am. I arrived at 1200 and the store is pitch black and the door is locked. I called and Im told that someone should be there at 1245. Ok. So, I shop the nearby stores and arrive at 1245. Still, no one there. I call again and Im told someone should have been there by 1230 because they have a client at 1 pm. Really? So no one will open the shop until their clients appointment. Mind you I didnt leave until 5 mins prior til 1. Still, no one showed. Unprofessional.

This was my first appointment with Strands of Beauty in Fayetteville, GA for box braid micro style with loose curly hair. I am extremely happy with my braids and will be back to try their specialty - tree braids. I loved the atmosphere and appreciated their efforts to make their customers comfortable as well as work together as a team. Great Job!!!
