I went here on a referral from a friend. I made an appointment with Heather over the phone. When I arrived she was sitting where the receptionist usually sits. I told her I had an appointment with Heather. She tells me OK! You can have a seat. She then comes up behind me and introduces herself. (Even though I just chatted with her when I walked into the salon) She brings me to her chair and then tells me Ummm.. I know we spoke over the phone, but I dont do Ethnic Hair... Mind you she didnt even touch my hair..!! I said Ethnic Hair? She said oh, I didnt mean to offend you. (again I say, she didnt even touch my hair. How do you know my hair is ethnic?) I then explained to her that I was Black and Filipino, (my hair is more to the Filipino side) by then she takes my hair out of the ponytail and starts running her hands through it. Oh, its nice, its in great shape! Im sorry, I guess I should have taken it down first... She layered my hair and put in caramel highlights. I was happy with the work however, I feel someone with Over 15 years of experience made a judgment call by just looking at me. Which is a shame because I would have referred people to her. I cant now because she doesnt do Ethnic hair which by the way... Pretty much describes everyone on the PLANET. Do you mean African Americans? Asians with thick hair? Puerto Ricans? Dominicans? Multicultural like myself? White folks with the thick curly hair? What is ethnic hair?! What is non-ethnic hair?! I didnt get it. As were finishing up, she then points out a gentleman that was waiting for her and says, See that guy over there? Hes my friend and hes Filipino... Uh-huh.. Thats like telling me, Im not racist! I have 2 black friends!! It doesnt fly. Maybe Heather should think about putting a disclaimer on her about me section and let potential clients know when she takes appointments over the phone and maybe list/tell them what kind of hair she does do. She did my hair... So she does ethnic hair! Which makes me think.. What did she really mean? I cannot speak on the other stylist in this salon. She lost a good client. I can tell you that.

I went here to get basic all over color, the visit started out fine; nice receptionist, pretty salon, got offered a drink. But then I was waiting for 30 minutes to be called back even though I made an appointment. When I finally sat in the stylist chair and did the client consultation my stylist, Hannah, took another 15 minutes in the back room. Through out the whole coloring of my hair she processed to be very judging and condescending to me. Not to mention how rough she was on my hair when she was shampooing out the color and blow drying my hair. She was very rushed and didnt seem to care about my comfort. If I ever go here again I DO NOT want her as my stylist.

Totally disappointed in my cut.... I have long, fine hair and Heather totally butchered it. We agree on long layers, and I walked out with long layers in the back and layers shorter than my chin in the front.... now Im going to have to wait another year for this mess to grow out....

Heather has been giving me great haircuts for the past 3 years. I went from really long to really short and she always worked with me until the cut looked just right. Today I took a picture in of a style I wanted and she did another awesome job. Im always smiling when I leave!

So glad I found this place! Went to Jessi for the first time today for a haircut and highlights and I love it! She was really cute and nice, and the price was fantastic. Everyone was really nice, the salon is fun, cute, chic... I will be back!

The ladies here are incredibly polite and sweet. I came in last minute to have my hair done for my wedding the next day and Elli was able to style it such that I had beautiful second-day curls. I will absolutely be returning!
