I walked in to see if I could get my hair done, stylist was with a client and without a smile or friendly demeanor, she asked what can she help me with, so I told her I wanted my hair washed blow dryer and flat iron, and I proceed to ask if she had any opening for today. She said yes at 1:30, so I said I will like that slot and will return then. So I went to run some errands and retuned about 1pm. I like being early. So while I was there waiting until my appointment there were two lady there, one was under the dryer and the other was sitting in stylist chair. So I said its ok, Im 30 minutes early. So when 1:30 came another lady came in and the stylist asked if she had an appointment and the lady said yes, and she never even acknowledged my presence, so she kept on doing her two other client hair, like I wasnt even waiting. So by this time its 2:00 and I still hadnt been touch or said anything to me for that matter. She was slowly taking her time with the other women. And thats fine, but at least give all your customers acknowledgements that you will be with them shortly. But I got nothing. So I told her I only had an hour to get my hair done and she said ok when I first came in there asking for services. I dont like being lied to my my stylist. If I have to be there for 3 or 4 hours, then just give me the curtious and tell me that and not lie to me and waste my time sitting there waiting. I dont like all this over booking that this stylist does. My time is worth so much more than just sitting for hours and not being acknowledged. I wouldnt recommend this place if it was the last salon on earth. Everybody keep your money this person is so Rude and inconsiderate of other people time. Worst place ever and very unfriendly, not professional at ALL. Stay clear of this place!!!!!

I had tried to go to Natural Hair Rocks in the past and due to miscommunication I did not get to experience the service. I was a little disappointed and thought I am not going back however I believe in giving people a second chance so I decided to try again. I called late yesterday and even though she was booked solid for today she made room for me. I was in and out in a hour, my hair feels and looks great. Great service. I already posted pics on my facebook page and gave recommendations. I will try to post pics here soon. I am so glad I am the kind of person who believes in giving people a second chance because I would have missed out on this great service. Again I highly recommend and would be going back very soon. Natural Hair truly Rocks.

I saw the website online and called the shop to ask if they used Henna Products. The lady that answered the phone was very short with me and got irritated when I asked questions about the product. I just wanted to know if they used 100% Henna products because some of the products have chemicals in them. Good Customer Service goes a long way with me and it says a lot about your business. Im not saying that the Natural Hair Rocks Salon does not do good work however your Representative made me feel like she cared less about my hair with her negative response which I feel more comfortable going somewhere else......To the shop, Im sorry I bothered you with my questions hopefully youll have more compassion for your new clients.....Good Luck

Larissa is the best when it comes to natural hair! A lot of people says shes rude or dry but shes really not mean at all. Shes by herself so she doesnt have time for pleasantries, just business. I wasnt deterred at all and Ive been having quality hair care for months. My hair last a really long time and my scalp feels good after each visit. The only thing I can complain about is the price but its worth it.

I went into the shop, because I was interested in getting my hair done. The beautician was so short and dry that I will not be giving her my business. If youre a business owner, you should at least greet people with a smiling face when they enter your shop. I hope I just caught her on a bad day, but looking at the reviews I think that is just her attitude.

I recently visited this salon for color and a wash and go style. The stylist was not very personable and barely spoke the entire visit. My hair was a frizzy mess when I left and when I voiced my displeasure, the stylist did not acknowledge my feedback. I am disappointed that I had to go home and redo my hair after paying to have it done.

My experience was great! My silk press with hydration lasted right at three weeks. I was in and out in the 90 min time frame. Personally I dont think Larissa is rude, she is however exact and straight to the point! She really focuses on the job at hand, "your hair " overall very satisfied with her services.

NO customer service. The salon is small, cramped, and hot! She didnt do a good job with my hair. Constantly on the phone. She gets annoyed when you ask her a question.

I went here about a year ago. It was my first time getting a blow out, the service was great and she gave me a much needed trim! Would definitely recommend.
