I decided to try them out at the suggestion of my mom and because it is extremely close to my house. Fatima was my nail tech for the day and I must say I am well pleased. I see a lot of people complaining about the time it takes for the service to be provided. I personally feel that is because we are soooo used to being treated like cattle. No they dont really use a drill, yes they file by hand but are you not worth that treatment? As far as the pricing, I think it is comparable. I paid $47 for a pedi and fill in. I dont do gel polish. I typically pay $42. I already made an appointment to come back and this time I have blocked out the appropriate amount of time. We are sooo used to rushing through life that it is hard to slow down even for just a moment. They were very professional and courteous as well. My appointment started promptly at 4pm as I was on time. Another plus was the abundance of polish options available. They offer more than your typical OPI, China Glaze, and Essie. I selected this beautiful D&G color that I have received soooo many compliments. Oh I forgot most importantly, she made sure that my polish was absolutely dry prior to my departure. Often times I felt like I was punished for not opting for Gel polish at other establishments so they would paint my nails and sit me at that God forsaken table with that nonworking UV light and miniature fans. To finalize my review, I would say that I was treated like the Queen and I am. I will be back.

I got there and everything was fine, I told them my name and chose my colours. Well after she had finished with shaping my acrylics and all it looked good. But painting my nails is when it went bad. So I told her I wanted a few designs and she was totally cool about it. The price of designs was $5 and I was like ok I can swing it. Well I got rhinestones on my middle fingers and that was supposed to be $5 also. Then the lady suggested I did matte on the nails that dont have designs I was like ok cool sure. And she tried to add even more stuff but I didnt really want it. Which later she gave me attitude about. But the best part is when I got to the register she told me it would be $85 when I was only told about it should have been $60 they didnt mention any price difference at all while I was sitting there for 2 hours. It was complete bullshit they charged me $10 extra dollars for matte and $10 a finger for the rhinestones cause apparently the ones I chose are more expensive although they didnt tell me that. And the designs she did on my thumbs dont even look like what I asked for which cost me another $5 a piece. The only reason they get two stars is because they shaped them really well and the candy cane pattern looks good other than that it would be a one star.

Ive been 3 times. The first was the best but took really long. The second time I made an appointment on Monday for the end of the week. Got there, they made me wait the person I made the appointment for had NO IDEA I had an appointment so I had to wait THEN she squeezed me in between 2 people she was already working on sooooooooo She was working on 3 people at the same time. (took forever) the last time I tried something new. I got there at 6 did not leave until about 930. I went to the pretty girl with dreads instead of Tish who I usually go to. I got some short nails and a pedicure 67 dollars (why I dont know) however I noticed the following monday the damn nail is coming off. Like all the way . Im going to call to get it fixed but I am not going back!

I absolutely love this place!! I started going about 6 months ago and have never had a bad experience. My nail tech is Joy and she is absolutely amazing with her work and has an even bigger spirit!! Everyone in the shop is personable, from the owner to Patrice at the front. When I schedule my appointments I make sure to set aside a couple of hours not because I believe they take too long but because I like how they put personal care into each client. Beauty Concierge is a GREAT atmosphere to be in and to just take a step back from our busy lives, pamper ourselves, talk, and laugh with other people. I will continue to refer you guys!

they are to high for no reason and then want to put to the Asians down and I am Asian. I dont need nothing to drink and all the extra that come with it ... to me it was just doing to much for me to like trash .. And web site aint no better . but thank you again .. never again and but the way I did and I started to realize while I was sitting there that I am not about to pay for something that I dont need ... yes money is not a problem but yall to damn high for no reason and yall pic on ig is not worth me spending all money on that . gotta do better than that ... And yes Kmart do me well .. I left happy .. you are Big lots...

I have visited twice and have been very happy with my results. Yes, you will pay a little bit more and yes, you will be there longer than a typical nail salon...this is true. BUT...you will be assured of no staff infections or hepatitis either because everything is sterile and new for each person. The tub was lined with plastic that is replaced between uses, the instruments are in a sealed package and disposed of after each use and the autoclave is clearly visible. That to me is worth a few extra dollars. I also like how they spend a lot of time on each person. You are not rushed in and out like cattle. Highly recommended.

First time customer who had an appointment for 4 oclock. I was running late, received NO phone call and upon arrival I was told I was late for my appointment and they called me and left a message ( which they did not ). To make matters worse I had a 5 oclock appointment for my nails which I was clearly was on time for which they also cancelled. Worse experience ever and I didnt even get any of the services done. I would not even attempt to return.

Takes 4 hours just to do gel polish on your nails like wth. the "owner" is not open to Feedback as the sign on the nail bar says, she will tell you that you can go somewhere else, I tried to support this black on business even after my nails got messed up once On my BIRTHDAY because Katy and Kayla are good techs but the manager does not have customer service skills . Will never ever go back to this establishment ever

My experience with this nail Solon was excellent, I am always being rush when getting my mani/pedi until I came here, the ladies are knowledgeable and take their time to give you what you want, because of the that I will be going back, now I make my appointment ahead of time and set that day for myself because I deserve it.beauty concierge love you guys, you all make my day when I come their, no more rush,
