This place is the WORST! You never know what youre going to be charged. One week its $45, the next week its $50 for the same exact thing. They also have a bad habit of combing your hair over and over in the sink. I have personally watched them do it and see the chucks of hair that come out of the customers head and it doesnt seem to stop them from doing it. The WORST OF ALL IS IF YOURE USING YOUR CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD THEY CHARGE YOU AN EXTRA 6%!!! FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT DONT KNOW, THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW. THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO CHARGE YOU MORE THAN 3%!!! They do this because they are being charged 3% for each swipe of a customers credit card and instead of sucking it up like all other merchants do, they are not only charging you the 3% that they are being charged, they are charging an EXTRA 3% for themselves and NOT TELLING YOU THAT THEY ARE DOING THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is why when youre at the register they always ask if youre paying in cash or credit card so they can add the 6% to your bill. Also take notice that the bill they give you to sign is not itemized. Just the total and the tip. They could also take a course in customer service.

1. Even if its packed in the salon, she works so fast she always has me in and out in a good time and gets my hair bone straight. 2. I get my hair done on special occasions. I went in 6 months ago to get my hair straightened and left my iPad there...and for 6 months I had no idea it was there! She tried calling, texting, leaving voicemails (I must have given them the wrong number). And even though she couldnt get ahold of me, she kept it safe. She even charged it frequently in case I would try GPSing it, but I never did. Yesterday, when I walked in for an appointment, she said "THIS IS YOUR IPAD!!" - I couldnt believe it...I thought it was just buried in my closet somewhere, when the whole time she was actually keeping it safe for me, hoping I would return one day to get it. THAT WAS SO SWEET OF HER!! What an angel 0:-)

I went in today on my lunch break today for a wash and blowout and I must say, it was very relaxing. Carmen was absolutely fantastic. She shampooed my hair and massaged my scalp. They specialize in using Morrocan Oil and it did cost a little more then expected. My wash and blow out with the Morrocan Oil products cost me about $55. Without the oil treatment it would have cost me $35. Now the entire process took a little longer than my 1 hour allotted lunch break but it was well worth it. The atmosphere was nice and the stylists were professional. I will definitely go back.

My experience was very good. I know the wait is long, but the customer service is very nice. Yohiara will talk with you about your hair, but you gave to want better for yourself. Wendy had done my hair before. She did an awesome job. It would help if they had more staff, but people do not want to work. You can advertise, and you have done your part. What next? I love my hair when I leave the salon. They make you look and feel like a Diva. Thank you ladies. Let Megalina (may have misspelled) wash your hair. Feels like heaven.

I asked not to cut my hair once i washed my hair it is 4 to 5 inches shorter i grew it out all winter for her to chop it off i said please dont cut just bang cut and blow out which i didnt get blowout she just blow dryed and flat ironed i said straight she curled terrible experience oh i also paid 75 plus i still tipped her so 100 to find out reason she inisted to curl once straight to appear long once i washed i cryed because i worked so yard to grow my hair all winter 6 months for her to chop it all off deppressed sad hurt

They transformed my hair which was extremely damaged and matted after my not being able to take care of it as well after my bad car accident. ..they are miracle workers! Everyone is warm and friendly..the only thing i wish is that it didnt take so many hours to get your hair done lol i think the average time for being between arriving and leaving is about 3-4 hours

While searching the web this week I found a video of Divas Salon , I called them and they accepted me that day!!! I loved the atmosphere, professionalism, and most of all my HAIR!!! The customer service was great, but I was in there 3 hrs and my hair was sooooo frizzy!!! for $40 I could have bought my own product and did it myself...was not happy!!!
