This was my first visit at SoZo salon. I read through reviews and they were great! Well, I did not have the experience everyone praised about. I received the WORST hair cut of my life. I am pretty sure I could have done a better job myself. The color was great, but that is it. I am missing a fair amount of hair underneath. I had asked to have my hair thinned, which I know from previous experience there are shorter pieces. This is a chunk. I did call the salon and sent a picture. The owner was very apologetic and was willing to help. She also did refund some of my money, not all. After several weeks now of this hair cut it becomes more awful. When I was there I asked for very little layers. I did not get this. It is the most choppy hair cut I have ever received. The layers are extremely noticeably different and so uneven. I think if the hair dresser would have paid a little less attention to his apple watch and more to my hair this would not have happened. I am giving two stars because of how nice the owner was. But I would not recommend seeing Chris at SoZo. He needs to pay attention more to what he is doing when cutting someones hair and less time on his apple watch. He also needs to learn customer service skills in this type of business, as he told me way too much about his personal life. I also did not appreciate him telling me when I was there that my hair was awful, meaning the cut was bad and the color looked like a stripped trumpet color. For the fact of what he did to my hair.

The first time I went in, there had been a mistake and Id been scheduled for one month out from the actual date on which I wanted to come in. So Im standing there feeling like an idiot, and Brittany comes over and says shed love to take care of me. She got my awful, unruly, ungodly thick hair cut, colored and highlighted - awesomely, mind you - before she had her first scheduled appointment an hour or so later. They could easily have just rescheduled me and ushered me out the door, but they stepped up and got me taken care of then and there. Everyones always been friendly and courteous, the salon has always been very clean; Ive always thought the cut/color/style prices have been reasonable. I recommend Bajon to everyone who is in need of a place to go, and I especially recommend Brittany, who has been very awesome and willing to try new things on my hair (instead of, "no, that wont look good, you get THIS style"). Try it for yourself - you wont be disappointed!

My hair is not your traditional middle American hair thats easy to cut and fix, but Bajon stylists have always managed to make me look and feel good every single time. Diana, one of the stylists, has done a great job for me! If I go anywhere else, I would have to go home, get the clippers and scissors out and fix all the different spots that are messed up. I highly recommend Karen and her crew because they are professional, classy, and they care about their clients and the community. On top of that, you get Mark (and Karen), whos goal is to give each and every client the best salon experience that they deserve. Anyone will feel at home there and like a million bucks when they leave. They also have proprietary hair products that make my hair look and feel great. Thanks, SoZo HAIR by Bajon Salon and Spa!

My daughter was in a wedding on Friday, so she thought the Wed, 2 days before the wedding was the only day she could go. Mind you, her appt was 3:45pm. I met her there, so I thought since I was there, I would get mine done also. Well, on my way mine was already getting messed up. Which I could deal with. Since my daughter lives away I didnt see her till the day of the wedding. Well when I seen her nails didnt quite make it even 3 days, I called Bajon and well, they blamed it on the product..They did not try to keep me as a customer either!!!! Why are they using the same product!! Ive had a french done before and lasted 1-2 weeks.... Never will I go again or refer anybody unless you want to waste your money.... MMMM Maybe Ill have John Matterreese look into it!!!!!

Ever since an awful haircut experience Ive had at a different salon, Ive been terrified of getting my hair cut. Ever since, Ive been overly picky and I ask the hair stylist what Im sure must be annoying "Are you sure this will look alright?" and "This wont be too short when it dries, right?" questions. Where other stylists have been annoyed with me, my stylist at Bajon was sweet and patient...not to mention outrageously talented. The salon/spa itself is clean and professional-looking...you certainly feel like your hair is in better hands than, lets say, a Regis or Fantastic Sams location! The prices are very reasonable, too, for the kind of attention and level of stylist youve chosen. I will be going back for as long as I live in this area. Thank you, Bajon!

A HIDDEN TREASURE ! So many of the top salons in Cincinnati charge you top dollar and dont deliver the service you pay for. I left Sozo looking like I visited New York for the day. I had a color correction and hair cut. Despite the mess my stylist was dealing with she managed to pull off a miracle. My hair has never looked so good. The staff is down to earth and welcoming. The decor of the salon was inviting and relaxing offering everything there to be pampered. The prices are more than reasonable. I would highly recommend making this salon on your list of places to go in the city. I was able to purchase quite a few products to try at home. Everything I used works really well and best of all they were affordable. Thank you Salon Sozo ... I love my hair.

My hair was completely long and stringy. I decided to get my hair cut very short. When I decided on a salon, I wanted quality and somewhere in west Chester. Brittany was my stylist and she is great!! I was so nervous that my hair would look too boyish. Well not at all. I absolutely love my new bob hair style. She made me feel listened to and I am so glad I listened to all the great reviews. Thanks again! :)

SoZo has done an excellent job- Ive had my daughters hair colored there 2x... the first time to correct a crazy blue my daughter did on her own- which resulted in us returning -just because they are so good and courteous. Also- the owner is working right along with the staff, cutting hair- coloring hair, getting coffee for clients... rare. You should try them - awesome place!
