Poor quality doesnt even being to describe the level of service youll receive here. If youre a man, dont even think about coming here as you wont be see or acknowledged. I walked in on a Friday morning at 10:30, no greeting, no hello, nothing. There were a very few customers in the shop and even two people were sitting around in the chairs at two of the stations who appears to work at the shop. Could either one of them cut my hair? I have no idea as no one said a word to me. After waiting 30 minutes I left and wont be returning.

My fiance went here and told me about this salon. I just got my haircut with Jessica. She was FANTASTIC. Ive had a hard time finding a great stylist and I definitely have found the one! She was very personable and friendly, we chatted like we were best friends. She also took the time to make sure I was getting a great quality haircut and to get exactly what I wanted. My hair looks fabulous! Excellent experience and I will be going to see her again. Christina V.

Naturally I was afraid since it was my first time at The Studio 21 and with Nikki, but she eased my worries quickly. She consulted me on my cut & color and I was impressed with her knowledge and know-how. I left the salon looking and feeling better than I have in a long time. I am new to the area so I am thrilled I dont have to go through any trama in search of a great stylist - shes a keeper right off the bat!

A wonderful stylist who listened, suggested and ever so carefully cut, colored and styled my hair. (colored my blonde invisible eyebrows too) I am so appreciative of the attention to detail from Jessica. The color is amazing. Rarely do I EVER leave getting my hair cut that I will go anywhere, but this time I went straight downtown to dinner. It was fabulous! She is a sweetie.
