I called my homebuyers they said they didnt cover septic tanks. So I got online looking for someone to fix my problem. Came across several big companies. I saw A1 Plumbing & Repair. Read the reviews and what caught my eye was people liked their honesty!!! I called Saturday evening around 3:30pm and I spoke with Jeff. I tried to explained what my problem was. He asked several questions to help him get a feel of what was going on. He apologized for asking so many question, I laughed and told him no problem, I dont know anything about septic tanks! He was very understanding, he said hed be over within the hour. It wasnt quite an hour he was there! Told me what the problem was. Jeff told me I may want to call someone to come unclog and pump our Septic tank because his truck was full and he wouldnt be able to do anything until Monday between 10:00am and 12:00pm and hed only do what was needed! Really, who does that these days! Honest Honest Honest!!! He said you may want to use the water sparingly. I said ok Ill see you Monday! 9:30 this morning Jeff and his crew pulled up took care of the problem. I gave him a huge Thank you and Hug! He explained how to do the monthly maintenance. He said the tank should be serviced every 3 to 5 years. He said he would call in 5 years I laughed and said No in 3 years! Oh did I share that he also unclogged my tub! I have always believed in honesty and sometimes I get disappointed but not this time! I love A1 Plumbing & Repair I would recommend them to anyone!! Sorry for being so lengthy with my review but theres are so many great things I could say about this company Great name they are A1!!! OMG! I just looked in my yard they filled the hole back so neatly! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Out of the other companies out there…A1 Pumping & Repair LLC is a diamond in the rough company that needs to be discovered! It’s so hard to find the right one…..but I DID! A1 Pumping & Repair is my new "go to" company. Im not an easy customer. Especially when there is a septic tank crisis. These guys was understanding, professional and very reasonable! They called me immediately to help my situation and set up a time to come out the very next day. They was on time and ready to get to work! Our downstairs toilet was backing up and we didn’t have our septic tank cleaned in 7 or 8 years. Once they dug up our yard to get to the septic tank they found our issue was real bad due to not having the septic tank cleaned every 3-5 years. But no job is too big for these guys!! They got my septic tank cleaned out and also installed a handy dandy release valve! They also found that someone had thrown big boulder rocks in our pipeline so they scheduled to have our gas lines marked and came back out to dig further back in our yard to ensure all the rocks and boulders were removed! Wow we was so impressed with their work ethics, dedication, and concern for our well-being! They were quick and got the job done. I was thrilled. FYI some other companies would not have gone the extra mile to inform us that we had rocks thrown in our pipeline…but they did! These guys did everything and in a short amount of time. A few companies came out and gave high ridiculous quotes! A1 Pumping & Repair LLC gave us a very very reasonable price considering the amount of quality work they performed! They are worth the price you pay!!! I would recommend these guys to anyone.

WoW! WoW! WoW! These people are truly the best! Randy Jackson was so polite and understanding of our situation. The team and Randy both were extremely knowledgeable and patient. They took their time to explain every detail of the process and made sure that my family and I had a strong working knowledge of the necessary repairs and how our septic system works. We had used another local company before and lost out $250.00 on something that wasnt needed. Then we received a quote for thousands of dollars on unnecessary repairs from yet another local company. Finally I called Randy and the team. They quickly responded out to my house and explained what should have been done the first time and why. These guys ended up saving us thousands of dollars and were so professional! Truly a blessing to have met such a wonderful crew and will be sure to use them on any future septic or plumbing needs. Im gonna save you alot of time & trouble by referring you to two companies: Septic Assurance (Mark Stiles) and A-1 Pumping & Repair (Jeff Turner & Joshua). I only called one company but they both came AND I was only charged for one company doing the work! I know this because i called a different company before to pump my system and was charged, after taking advantage of my ignorance, a big fee to drain only one tank. These guys pumped THREE tanks AND flushed the pipes for less than the previous company did!! They went thru the process they used and explained what they were doing so thoroughly it was like taking a Septic 101 class. I learned so much and they work so fast!! I appreciate their honesty, help, and great job! I got a 2 for one!! So I definitely will call and use them again!! I, ALMOST, dont mind a septic problem now...Thanks a million!!

We just had the "Best" experience that one could possibly have with A-1 Pumping & Repair. We had scheduled an appointment earlier this week for them to come out on Saturday to empty our tank. We received a call this morning that they had an opening today between 1 and 3 if we would like to have it done today instead of Saturday. They were here at 5 minutes after 1:00 and they did a fantastic job. He brought me over to the tank and explained how the tank works, how often I need to have it drained, and was very informative about the upkeep. The price was very reasonable and I will most certainly recommend A-1 to everyone I know that has a septic system. The crew was very efficient, honest, and down to earth. I would like to thank them again for a job well done, and I would recommend their service to anyone who is in doubt about their septic system!

I called A1 Plumbing yesterday and they scheduled a service for me right away. They came to my business today and stayed there till the problem was completely fixed. They price their service at a reasonable price. Randy is a very honest person and the best part was that he gave me and my mom a lot of respect. Some people in the service business come with an attitude and arrogance as if theyre the only people to call for service, but Randy wasnt like that. He was very humble and did not try to rush us or cheat us. Some companies keep adding things to the invoice as they are trying to fix the main problem, but I trust this company. They will not over charge you. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. Thanks Randy.
