Our air conditioner wasnt blowing cold air. In Georgia. In June. I called several companies, figuring I could get some estimates on repairs, but it was Harding PH&C that got my business, and will keep it. They showed up first thing in the morning the very next day. (Why not the same day? Well, I called in the late afternoon. So I cant fault them for that!) Their tech was courteous and explained the problem he found, and the effect it was having on the whole AC unit. He then explained the options for repair, as even the cheapest would cost a pretty penny, and the benefits and drawbacks to each. When I worried about paying for such a big project, I was able to talk to their billing department and work out a way to pay for the parts and labor. They were friendly and understanding, and eased my stress significantly. Best of all? The repair team (it was a big job) came out with the parts for the repairs the very next day--and in their appointment window! The first tech quoted two hours to complete, and they did it in far less. Professional, polite, and capable. They have a new customer for life.

These guys are GREAT !! This is our story posted as a review for Ptree Service Experts..... Service Experts ?....I dont think so !!.... OK I have to be honest, they have a great response center, polite, competent even friendly. Unfortunately that is where the excellence in service ends. The tech arrived and began our relationship by treating me as if I had no sense or anything relevant to say. Then after what felt like an unnecessarily long time to confirm what I had tried to tell him initially was a blower problem, he informs us we needed not only a new blower motor but the fan also to the tune of $1000. He then went on to what I feel now was his plan to begin with and suggested we buy a new system. We wanted a second opinion so we called a little company called Harding Plumbing HVAC. Their tech Danny, was not only more personable, he was a far superior tech who had diagnosed and repaired the problem with no parts and had us cool and comfortable in less than five minutes. Harding Plumbing HVAC are the real SERVICE EXPERTS !

First the only reason this so called business gets one star is because it wont let me give them no stars. I made an appointment for them to look at my AC one week in advance and I was told they would come out today Friday June 26 between 12-5. I took an entire day off from work to have this done. When 3:00pm came I called them and asked for an update and I was told I would get a call once the person was on his way. I continued to wait until around 4:00pm when I received a call from them saying the person would be late and arrive at 5:00 or 5:30. I continued to wait and then at 4:45pm I get a ridiculous call asking me if it was raining to which I answered yes. The person on the phone said that since it was raining they would not be able to work on my AC. This is so unprofessional to cancel for such a stupid reason, I will never recommend these people for anything and I told the person who recommended them to me to never recommend them again. Please be aware that there are a few of the same complaints against them.

I cant say enough good things about Harding Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. They are ALWAYS there when they say they will be, they are always courteous, friendly and personable. And perhaps most of all, we trust them. We have used them for their seasonal service for over a year now, and have called on them for multiple emergencies -- two burst pipes at two different houses (weve moved recently), as well as a mysterious HVAC issue that required them to make multiple visits to our house to fix. They were always so helpful, never made us feel like we were bothering them when we called yet *again*, and even managed to coordinate with Atlanta Gas Light so everyone could brainstorm about the source of the problem -- and they fixed it! And one day when my pipe burst and I was by myself with my baby and kind of panicking, they were at my house within five minutes. Thank you, Harding, for always giving us such great service!

I have used hard and three times in the past year and I have not gotten my moneys worth yet the first time they came and it was warning me about $700 then less than a year later I have the same issue it was a $85 service fee to put in to come back out again it was saying that the issue that happens the second time heading to the do with the problem that happened first time then a month ago they came back out for the same problem but still charged me $85 because he tried to say it was not affiliated with the first two problems now here I am in the month of May and Im back at the same problem again with my AC unit how is HVAC team sucks then I never got a receipt for the service that was wonder that was possibly emailed to me but I never could get an email and a rush me off the phone I would never ever use this company again

Reliable, trustworthy, and gets the job done right. I bought a foreclosure and had Harding empty our septic tank since I had no idea what condition it was in. They could have told me anything since I know next to nothing about septic systems. They told me that our tank didnt even need emptying, so when Henry Water told me I had a major water leak, I called Harding. A guy came out and quickly determined it was our sprinkler system, but we had no clue where the shut off valve was and everything was extremely overgrown from neglect. He spent quite a while digging through our hard Georgia clay trying to find the leak, but eventually found the shut off valve. Theyve proven to be reliable, trustworthy, and simply gets the job done. Ive called them to ask who I should use for other services.

I called to schedule an appt because my air condition would not come on and my thermostat was not responding and the lady put this gentleman on the phone (failed to get his name) told him what was going on and he spent almost 30 mins working with me over the phone trouble shooting my unit and we luckily got it reset and my air was back on!! He could of easily just sent a tech out and billed me but he didnt and I really appreciated that because I called other companies and none of them where willing to help just ready to send a tech out and get paid. I definetly would recommend this company and they will definetly get my business for any future problems I may have.

These guys are the best! I run a pet sitting business and my air conditioner started blowing warm air. It was supposed to be in the upper 90s that day and they had a technician out within a couple of hours. The solved the problem very quickly and the cost was so reasonable. I cant say enough great things about the Harding company and their technicians. Even the person answering the phone was great. He was funny and reassuring that it would get taken care of in a timely manner. They also kept me updated on the time frame in which the would arrive. They have my business from now on. Thanks guys, from all the pups at Sandy Ridge Pet Sitting!
