Cold water faucet would Not turn off at 10:30 at night. After trying to figure it out and find house water shut off valve I knew I needed a plumber. I started down the list and D&S answered my call about 11pm. Whomever answered was very pleasant and assured me he would get someone to come out right away. Mike came right out and was Very pleasant! He had to crawl under my house a looong way to reach the water shut off valve. He didnt seem uncomfortable that I wanted to watch him make the repair. He told me why it happened and how to avoid it. My shower head was leaking and he fixed that And increased the water pressure to the hand held part. We have discussed moving the shut off valve so that you dont have to crawl on your belly to get to it. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. A service call in the middle of the night is not something you want to do. However I am extremely pleased with the service and will recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

Total ripoff! I called them out for an estimate and the technician said for 137.50 we can do leak detection and 100% diagnose the issue. He used a camera and showed me a bright spot on it and said that he was 100% sure that the leak was coming from under my kitchen sink. He assured me of this at least 5 times before I agreed to do it. He drilled a bigger hole, stuck the camera in and said that There was no water there. Just that quick, he had duped me and lied. I lost the money but just as I told him, " You reap what you sow". I told him that I would let other readers know that l was scammed and to beware. Totally dishonest and deceitful!!!

We had to call D&S for an emergency when our pipe burst at the meter. It was very late in the evening and we tried calling several companies before we got to D&S but they are the only ones who would answer the phone. Why advertise 24 hour emergency service when you cant deliver. Thank goodness that D&S does. My plumber came out and had the broken pipe fixed and water restored within an hour. He even followed up the next day to ensure that all was still well. That is what you call Excellent Customer Service. I now have only one number to call for any plumbing issues.

Not efficient or organized, they have zero customer service skills , they schedule you and then dont show up and dont call then when you finally reach them they say we will take care of you guys on to this day and job will be completed no questions asked, to later find that the owner and his wife must not communicate because they clearly lie to cover each other stories bottom line is better more efficient plumbers in Henry County , I dont even give them a half of star. Only good thing going for them is Phyliss and Jeff other than that this company is a JOKE.

I had a horrible experience with this company. My tub was leaking water from the upstairs and water came through my living room ceiling. The guy came out, and started telling me I needed a new tub, and I needed to find a person that could put in tile and sheet rock. He cut a hole in my living room ceiling, and then in less than 10 minutes left. The actual problem with the tub was the gasket in the safety overflow in the tub was rotten. Now I have to have someone to repair the sheet rock in my ceiling in the living room. They are thieves.

I had D&S plumbing come out to my home a couple years ago to fix a leak that was coming from my bathtub. He resolved my issue but the new faucet he installed started dripping. He came back the next day to fix the leak but then the following day, the drip came back again. He came out very quickly and resolved the issue and it hasnt leaked since. I thought that was great customer service and they handled it very professionally. They stand behind their work. I highly recommend this company.

Always very impressed with D&S plumbing response time! Called them a few years ago when the water pipe in the front yard broke, Daniel was here in minutes! Called again when the kitchen sink nearly flooded the kitchen and again he was here right when I needed him. We have always been very impressed with the quality of service!
