I recently bought a new dishwasher. The easiest part of the new appliance experience was having The Meridian Company install the dishwasher and garbage disposal. Aaron VanHalst did his usual excellent job installing each appliance. What I appreciate so much is that Aaron always brings everything with him to complete the job, without damaging my wood floors, walls and cabinets. He keeps every area clean as he works and then cleans up the entire area before leaving. I can trust that when Aaron does a job, he wont have to return again and again to do it correctly. He does the job right the first time. Today Christine Rigdon, who is part of Meridians staff, came along to observe and help. It was a pleasure to meet her. Now I will know who I am talking with when I call for service. I sincerely appreciate The Meridian Company because of their commitment to quality customer service. They appear to hire and train their staff to be knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I give Aaron, Christine and The Meridian Company my highest rating.

I have done business with Meridian for the past 7 years and remain a loyal customer because of their friendly and professional staff and commitment to customer satisfaction. As of yesterday all of HVAC and plumbing systems in my old (1973) home have been replaced and maintained by Meridian. This week within one hour of calling Meridian about a plumbing issue, Aaron VanHalst and AJ of the plumbing department arrived to assess the situation. In a short time they diagnosed the problem, gave me options, provided a cost estimate and let me decide when I wanted the work done. Yesterday they arrived on time, completed the work quickly, cleaned up the work area, provided me instructions and the cost came in under the estimate. For all these reasons I rate Meridian Co a 5.0!

Kyle and Annie, of the Meridian Company, did an amazing job. They repaired a clogged drain in both our kitchen and laundry washroom basement area on the same day as their inspection visit, and the charge was lower than I thought it would be for the amount of materials and labor they did! They worked ALL day on the problem until it was resolved beautifully. The clogged drain in the washroom prevented water from draining out of the machine and ended up backing up into the pipe and spilling on the floor. Clearing the clogged drains, both upstairs and downstairs, resolved the problem. My husband was also very pleased. This is the third excellent experience weve had with Meridian Plumbing. Aaron was out and quickly determined what we needed. He had a replacement with him for our faucet but we wanted something different so it was ordered. He was scheduled to come between 8 and 10 am and about ten minutes before 8 the shop called to tell me he was on his way. Problem fixed and I had two other plumbing problems which he diagnosed and was able to fix as well. Not only expert and professional but also very pleasant! (additional note: my elderly mother uses Meridian as well and both Aaron and Melvin (heating) and Kyle have been great with her. Explain everything to her satisfaction and dont mind if they need to go over something again).

We have had a mixed experience with this company. The technicians who replaced a kitchen faucet and serviced our furnace were professional and friendly. However, the remodeling rep laughed at me when I stated our bathroom remodeling budget, and was condescending when he came to do an estimate. Other companies have been more than willing to work within our budget range and compete for our business. Overall, you get what you pay for... you pay a very high price for good service and professionalism (both of which should be standard with any company). But, its too expensive for us, we will not be using them in the future. They seem to favor high-end clientele rather than work with those of us on tighter budgets.

Very dishonest and pricy company. Had a toilet dripping water and the technician Dale came by and determined the whole toilet needs to be replaced for $727. Decided not to go with this and asked second opinion and got the problem fixed with $70 bucks. Meridian Plumbing still charged me dispatch fee of $55 dollars even though I bought their one year plan to waive the fee and because I decided not to be cheated by them (if I went with the $727 fix, the will waive the $55 dispatch fee). You came here try to trick me and I still need to pay for your dishonest estimate? Worst plumber Ive ever had. Honesty and code of ethics is the most important thing for a plumbing company.

Weve used them several times for our rental units which have a lot of plumbing problems. Weve had mixed results which may be more due to the specific worker/plumber/situation, but the company always stood by the work. The neighbor had work done by Meridian that caused our yard to flood. When alerted by the renter, I called them late in the night. They came out immediately and discovered the two houses shared lines under the ground (used to be owned by same person who only wanted 1 sewar bill). It was a real mess, took them all night and next day, but they stuck with it and got it fixed and did not charge me anything nor the other owner.

We contacted Meridian Plumbing to have our kitchen faucet and hot water heater replaced. Their Master Tech., Aaron VanHalst showed up promptly and provided a very professional and efficient process in a timely manner. I was most impressed how he took the time to explain what, why and how each step was accomplished, and what we would expect. He was most thorough and competent in every respect, and wouldnt hesitate to call upon him again should the occasion arise. In fact, we are going to have him return to replace our bathroom fixtures after we decide which models we intend to have installed.

Plumber Aaron VanHalst has been to my house twice to install a water heater and then to replace a back up sump pump. He was incredibly professional, he worked efficiently with quality, communicated well with me to help me understand the needed repairs prior to work execution, and he left the work space immaculate. I recently had a new hot water heater installed. Service was remarkably quick - I called on a Friday and was scheduled for installation on the following Monday. Aaron and Cody arrived at the stated time and were both friendly and professional. They were careful to protect my floors and furniture when removing the old hot water heater and while bringing in the new equipment. After the installation was complete Aaron explained how to set it and answered all my questions. Would definitely use Meridian for future needs.

Meridian Plumbing does an excellent job of delivering quality services. I used other local plumbing companies in the past and would highly recommend this company hands down. Not only because of cost but quality as well. I had to replace pipes from the kitchen sink to the floor drain and had slow moving drains causing flooding in the basement. Before the work started, Aaron took the time to explain the issues I was having and answered all of my questions before he started the work. Excellent customer service!
