I came to pick up my car that had to have a rear bumper buffed out. (I was not at fault when it was hit). I come to pick it up after waiting almost 2 weeks since it was dropped off (took way to long to fix a simple scratch). My insurance said that all repairs would be covered but when I walk in to the shop, the lady tells me I owe the body shop $500... When I told her this was not possible, she basically said it was up to me to negotiate this with my insurance rather than her.... Poor service; lack of communication; slow.

They did a great job on my 2001 Chevy Silverado. I used the other collision center, in Mcdonough, on my Toyota a couple of years ago and was not impressed, it was just "good enough". I decided try Bellamy for the latest repair and must say they did a great job. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a painless process. Living Metro Atlanta, Im sure I will need their services in the future and they have earned my business for life. Thank you.

Great customer service in parts. Joe Mosley helped me through a large order from start to delivery would highly suggest Bellamy parts department when in need. It is hard to find part departments that understand your needs and supply you with great customer service and speedy delivery.
