Please keep away save your time and energy dealing with Misty and Tiffany have been a total nightmare they both lack in customer service and communicating with the customer.. Tiffany was super nice in the beginning but clearly it was just to get the business in.. I have a 2017 Nissan Maxima my car does not feel the same also it came with LED lights so Im guessing to keep more of the insurance payment they put regular lights on.. I would advise anyone to think twice before bringing your viechal here.. Please take it to someone who will actually care and treat it as if it were theirs because these people give two flying birds... Bryan thank you so much it actually did feel like you cared!!!!

My experience here at Classic Collision of McConough today was exceptional. I originally had a rental scheduled through Hertz (who was not able to accommodate my reservation), and the team here went out of their way to create a reservation at Enterprise on my behalf. I was only in the office for a few moments and the team walked my vehicle with me to view the damages and I was on my way. Bryan the manager quickly handled an issue with my truck...it was a correction from multiple mistakes from the Morrow location. He ordered parts and got the problem rectified in two days and apologized for the other location. If this is how he handles all his business, this will be our new shop. Thanks Bryan!
