My Email to the owner today 10/6/2015 after Having the car for 1 month , 2 weeks with me , 2 weeks in the service department . Dear I wanted to take a moment and thank you for your help in regards to the Air-conditioning issue we had when we purchased the Suburban last month , Its greatly appreciated ( the used car manager NEVER called me ) , Joe from service did. I also wanted to share with you my frustration with your service department again , Please take a minute and read my email : On Thursday the 1st I dropped off the car due to noise in the rear end , I have made an appointment before just showing up , and I was not found in the system , so I was walked to a Chris to ( write me up for Joe ( who was home sick ) , Chris Told the young gentleman that took me to him that he is in a bad mood and does not prefer to deal with me ( yes I was actually listening to this ) so I walked to the last desk and I was helped and I was told the following : 1- My Car noise is familiar ( the front wheel bearing ) was just changed before I bought the car – but looks like its bad again !! 2- I was offered the 3 months extended warranty – But I was never put in the system – so either way I had to wait to Monday till the warranty clerk is available to verify . On Friday – I called to check on the Car , and I was told no News , But it will cost me 1700$ to fix the noise issues , but again I should wait till Monday to see if the warranty would cover anything . On Monday – I called 3 times , 3 VM – No call back . Today : I called and spoke with another gentleman , and I was told they found the warranty , and the company might not cover the part and labor , so I’m looking at the 1700$ plus 700$ for the front wheel bearings that were changed 3 months ago, and either way I have to wait till at least Friday to have a final answer on the cost , and god knows how many more days to get actually done . Can you please tell me why a customer end up having to reach out to highest level to get some attention and help ? , And why would a customer end up fighting for a warranty that should have already been added ? , and how would a customer end up with almost 2300$ repair bill before making the 2nd payment on the car ?

Aug 13,2015 Bad experience with this dealership. Quoted internet price($35,824) over the phone twice by (Aimee) Aug 5th and again on Fri Aug 7th @ 5:30pm. . Made arrangements to drive close to 100 miles to check vehicle out, which Aimee said she would have gased up and ready for when we arrive on Mon Aug 10th,2015. In the meantime Aimee took our email address ,name (Jeff Arledge), and phone nuber and she was going to send us additional info on the GMC Truck, and Aimee stated she would give us a call back on Sat, Aug 8, around 5:30pm. Never received the email or phone call. Therefore we called the dealership on Sat, asked for Aimee, and they said she was not available, so we spoke with sales person who proceeded to tell us that they discovered on Fri evening (had to be after we called at 5:30 pm ( Ihad alo checked the internet on Sat afternoon and saw where the price had been changed) that the internret price on theGMC truck we were interested in and quoted twice by Aimee, was an error and that they did not have to honor that previous quote. $4000 difference. Why didnt we get a call back on Fri when they discovered this error, Aimee knowing that we would be traveling close to a 100 miles on Mon to check out purchasing the truck. Aimee told us that there would be someone there to take care of the paperwork, if purchased, and we could drive the vehicle home Mon evening. Very unprofessional to say the least. Salesman stated he would look at the new price andsee what kind of deal he could come with and he would give us a call on Mon around 5:30 or 6:00 pm. Never received a Call. weCalled twice and left voice mail message fo Kim Borcherbing (Owner) to call us on this. No Return Call. It was like they were covering up the error on the internet by not returning our calls from customer who was willing to drive over 90 miles to purchase a vehicle.

Rick Kolde was a fantastic person to work with in the Borcherding service department. From the moment I arrived until I drove my car home, everything went very smoothly. I had been to Borcherding once before, but had essentially shopped around for the cheapest prices on routine stuff like oil changes, etc. This week I knew I needed one new tire (it was flat), but then found out that I needed to replace the other three as well, because they were worn out. I also needed an oil change, an alignment, and some recall service done on my Pontiac. This could have easily turned into a painful ordeal, but Rick was really up front about communicating everything clearly and quickly, and making sure I had all my questions answered. He also helped me get the best deal on an unavoidably expensive visit - he was extremely accommodating with a few different coupons I had, and he made sure I knew about the tire specials they had, as well as their 30-day price match guarantee on tires. Rick walked me through the itemized invoice, set me up with the courtesy shuttle while they worked on my car, and provided a great loaner car when he needed to keep mine overnight (driving the loaner was great!) He called as soon as my car was done, and the pickup was quick and easy. I can confidently say that Ill be headed back to Borcherding whenever I need service on my car in the future - this was a great experience.

I have just gone through a bankruptcy which was finalized in May 2012 (two months ago).I needed a car and also a way to begin the process of re-establishing my credit. Mr. James Gamble had sent a form letter to me which his dealership extends to people such as myself who have just come through a bankruptcy.I called just to find out how to begin the process, how long it would take till I could qualify for a used car loan and what steps I could take to expedite the process. He took my information and called me back an hour later with a company which would extend the credit to me for me to buy a car! I expected to BEGIN the process of finding a car to go with this loan opportunity he found for me, but instead I decided to go to his dealership and meet him in person. I also wanted to see a car he had on his lot which he believed would fit my needs. He had a 2006 Honda Civic SI which he offered to me for much less than the sticker. I never bartered with him, I told him all I had and what my situation was and he pulled it all together. Long story short, the Civic is now in my garage, the Kelly Blue Book I checked confirmed I got a REALLY good deal and he was kind and enjoyable to work with. I cant believe I have this car in my garage right now. Call him, he really did all the work, I just showed up and signed the papers.
