I was walking past a neighbors home this morning and this older lady came up to me to ask for my help as she was house sitting for her son and locked herself out of the house with the family dog in the house. No windows open, etc. She was in a panic state as she could not reach her son and her keys, phone, etc were in the house. I was actually referred to Unlockit by another locksmith since he could not get to us in time during rush hour in Atlanta. I spoke to Ashley at Unlockit and she got right on the problem and she understood the urgency in the matter and kept me posted on the progress of someone coming out. The technician arrived within the hour and had the issue resolved in minutes. He was very personable and friendly and helpful. At the end of the ordeal, I asked if he may be able to make a few extra keys for my house as I had a similar incident earlier this week. He gladly did this for me. And then with everything going on, I forgot to pay him! When I realized my mistake, I called the office and asked how I could pay. Ashley told me that it was not an issue so to forget about it. Wow, what customer service! I heard from the first locksmith I spoke to that you have to be very careful in who you call because many companies out there are not professionals and will end up damaging your door in the process. Now that I know this and have used Unlockit service, I will always call them in the future. Thank you!

Unlock It Locksmith & Security remains to be the beacon upon which I set my sights in the darkest of nights. In my weakest moment -- a broken YES I said broken IN HALF key, of which I owned only one -- I was potentially up the you-know-what creek without paddles. After several unlucky attempts with other locksmiths for them to recreate my key, I found Unlock It. (or perhaps they found me.... no one will ever truly know.) I apprehensively open the door to their Roswell location, only to be greeted by a smile and a cold, refreshing bath of air conditioning. Instead of negative comments or feeling like I was "putting them out" for having to provide their expertise like SOME locksmiths I experienced... they immediately began to work out my problem. A like magical wizards or unicorn trainers, within minutes they produced two new keys for me, which work perfectly. Ashley Hamilton, the said wizard, was so welcoming and warm, and far exceeded any ideas of customer service I have ever experienced. I am but a traveler to GA and may never have the opportunity to get locked out in Roswell again, but if I do, Unlock It will be my first, and only, call. If it was legal, Id marry that company. Thank you for your help!

I lost my keys at a store today (they were later turned in), and called Unlockit. To say the least, I was frustrated with myself. The lady that answered the phone was patient and compassionate. She told me how long it would be until someone showed up at my house and they were right on time. The technician was polite, professional and of course got me in the house. He even went to far as to go behind my home and suggest a place I could leave an extra key. The reason I called them was because 2 years ago I had a different situation, but needed a locksmith. I had the exact same experience…polite, professional and pricing that was fair. There was no need to look anywhere else. As much as I hope I don’t need a locksmith again, no doubt I will. There is nobody else I would ever consider calling. It is a pleasure knowing there is a locally owned and operated company with such a high level of integrity.

UnlockIt saved the day! I returned from vacation to find someone had broken into my home office. The door was damaged and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately for me, it was a custom sized door. I thought I would have to wait 2 weeks for a big box retailer to get the door I needed in stock. UnlockIt called their suppliers and had a door in my office in 1 day. They also added extra security and reinforcement for the door and the frame. The technician came out on time and worked tirelessly to get everything fixed. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the folks at UnlockIt. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They definitely deserve it.

Amazing customer service!! Everyone from Tracy in the office to all three security specialists that came to my home were incredibly kind, knowledgeable and customer-focused. Every one of them went above and beyond to make sure I got the proper items I needed to make my home safer. Their prices are fair and reasonable, and their work was impeccable. I got new automated deadbolts, a network hub, new locks, and various other security items installed. They also do cameras and home automation. Just an all-around fantastic local business. From the friendly husband/ wife team to the to the professional and effective specialist that they sent out (Gil), you really get the sense that youre dealing with an honest family business rooted in the community. They got the project done quickly and hassle free. No last minute price gouging like so many of the others. Just good honest work for a fair price. I could not be happier with this company, office staff and with the technician! The communication is phenominal! Pricing is beyond fair and way better than I was expecting. Manny completed my keyless entry install and re-keyed my new home locks. Ashley was so helpful in getting me exactly what I needed and at the best price. Manny knew what he was doing and took the extra time to explain anything he noticed and be sure things were done right. He also suggested a few other things I never thought of for security so I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you SO much!!

Long story short, my brother in Georgia locked his key in his car and didnt have a spare, or the cash to pay a locksmith. After contacting Unlockit, they were able to bill my card over the phone (I am in another state) and have someone to my brother in 45 minutes! They quoted a flat rate of $59, and stuck to it. The staff were friendly and prompt, and the service was perfect. I had previously contacted another locksmithing service who refused to quote a flat rate, which is what prompted me to call the nice folks at Unlockit.

Undoubtedly the best locksmith service in Atlanta area! We locked up our grandma antique trunk and lost the key. We wanted to take it to a locksmith office to be unlocked there, so I called at least 5 places - without a hesitation I chose Unlockit because there was always a friendly and professional person answering their phone. Once we took it to them, service was competent, fast and super reasonable - we are the happiest customers you can get!
