Called A-! and got friendly service on time as quoted. I wasnt locked out but I needed a spare key to my 2011 F150. I had called dealer and was looking at $300 plus dollars and of course a trip across town to spend it. At A-1 the cost was explained to me based on me coming in for best price but when I explained I was in Bellvue I was told Locksmith was on his way to my area and for just $10 bucks more he showed an hour later in my driveway and made me a spare key on the spot and also with his cool computer and factory harness cleared away the problem I had created with Fords "My Key" safety mode which was limiting my speed , stereo volume etc. What a great deal it was for me. The great experience. I have 2 cars Nissan Maxima and 2006 Nissan Murano. At my 1st visit I needed a smart key for Nissan Maxima which Mr.Usman did for us and whole less money than dealer cost. Really great people. Today I drove all the way from VA to get remotes and a key for Murano again I feel I had very good deal as well saved money. Also pleasure to meet them. Murano also had mechanical issue of some noise coming from rt front which his Mechanic helped me with with almost no cost. I had taken Murano for same noise prior to coming here and spent 200 times more and could not get it fixed. $18 part fixed . They Guy name Sameer who has small mechanical shop behind Mr.Usman really knows what he is doing.

I went to fix my car he missed it up when i told him what you did he said just get the part and i will do it, he said since i opened the car i will charge you 50 dollars and when i told him you missed my car up he said you have to pay me or i am not going to put part back finally i gave him 30 dollars. I bought the parts and went back to get my car fixed, he put the part in he said i need 70 dollars i told him that you missed up my car the last time and you told me to go get the part and i will do it in for you. He still had the key and told me that i am not going to give you the key before you pay me i paid him 30 more dollars to get the key from him.

A-1 Locksmith is an amazing locksmith company. The locksmith remade my 2009 Mitsubishi Eclipse keys and chip in less than 10 minutes. I had Pop-A-Lock come over the night before and try to charge me for a half done job in which they were not able to remake my remote. I declined to pay them because I believed there were better Locksmiths out there. The locksmith also changed my house door since it was in bad shape also. All in less than 45 minutes and for the price Pop-A-Lock was trying to charge me for half done job. I highly recommend anyone needing to remake auto or change home lock to A-1 Locksmith. Parking pretty much doesnt exist, but most people can have them come right to you for key making, and all else. I decided to go right to then for a key copy. The dealership said it was possible to make a key copy, but the fit would be off, and Id have trouble fidgeting it to make it work. So I looked up "keymakers", and this one had a lot of good reviews. I went personally, because they were close by. Parking doesnt exist, but I made due. Anyway they whipped a key up no problem. Works fine. No fidgeting. The gentleman who helped me was Ahsmen. I dont know if I spelled it right. Nice guy.

I needed to replace my front door lock assembly. I was told that the company no longer made the exact model but the closest model would be installed. A different brand was installed which didnt match at all. My wife was able to contact the original manufacturer who said the exact model could be found. A1 Locksmith refused to refund the charge even though they told us wrongly that the exact model couldnt be found. I would be very cautious when dealing with these people. I strongly discourage dealing with them.

Ive had by far the best service with these guys. i called and they gave me the price without thinking about it and it was very fair price compare to these other locksmith companies . i tell you they are very quick at showing up at your door step .they rekeyd my whole house in matter of half hour. guys are very friendly and hard working that are dedicated to there job . so if you guys need anyone before you guys call anybody else call A1 locksmith you wont regret it.

Highly recommend! I lost my car key and within two hours of receiving my call (on a Saturday), A-1 arrived at my house, made and programmed a copy as well as two spares for a very affordable price. Both people I spoke with were friendly and helpful. Without A-1s impressive turnaround and service, I would have had to wait three days for an expensive tow to a dealership for an equally expensive replacement key. Thank you so much! I am so relieved and grateful!

Keys were locked in the trunk and called them make a replacement key. They made me a replacement that will not start the ignition but only opens the doors. I simply ask why wasnt i informed of this and man begins to attempt to argue with me about that this was cheapest price never answering to me why he didnt inform me over the phone about the key price difference and that this key would only unlock the doors. Will not ever use their service again.

So today I locked myself out of my car-- with my car still running! I called A1 Locksmith and they arrived in about 15 minutes. It only took 2 minutes for him to unlock my car door. Theyre very affordable and I really appreciated the fact that they arrived in a timely manner, considering my car was running the entire time. To anyone locked out of their vehicle I highly recommend calling A1 Locksmith! Great service.

Great service!! I had a key broken off in my ignition for a while (like 2 years) and today it decided not to work any longer. A-1 locksmith came out and got the rest of my key out of the ignition, made a new key using the old broken key. Then used the key code from the ignition to make an exact replica of the original key. He programmed it for my truck and it works like new again. Would highly recommend!

What a joke...hope I can find the right key to escape before getting my head chopped off. This should be simple with 15 years of experience, obviously not. They cannot work on mechanical push button locks,forget about it. Keying everything together you have a better chance for the second coming. Lmbo. Nice people though. Very thoughtful just not knowledgeable. I should have watched YouTube.

Outstanding service! I lost my keys when I was traveling and didnt have a spare... my car was stranded inside the airport parking lot. A1 locksmith actually came into the parking lot, and created me a key on the spot. Im glad I checked-- I was under the impression that only the dealership could do this (because of the chip), but I was wrong! He programmed it and I was on my way!
