If I could give negative stars for this company I would. I was not able to get into my condo due to a malfunctioning dead bolt lock. ABC lock and key said they could come look at it in 40 minutes. I advised them I would not be home for another couple of hours after work, but the 24 hour doorman had a master key and would be available to assist them. Not only did they not call when they were on the way, did not call when they got there, they in fact did not call me at all to let me know what was going on with my door. Better yet, the guy worked on the lock for approximately an hour then told the doorman it looked like the lock would need to be taken apart and he "didnt have time for that," so he just went ahead and left before I got home leaving me locked out of my house. I have never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional company. I would recommend that NO ONE use this company in the future.

After a long days work and getting home at eleven oclock in the evening, imagine my surprise coming home to only realize hat I had left my key inside and was now locked out!!! Thanks to Abc Lock & Key my what could of been a completely dreadful experience ended with a delightful customer experience. The young man (my apologies unfortunately I didnt catch his name) was courteous and quick to get to my home and was able to get my door unlocked absolutely no time!!! He was even able to make me a spare key which I greatly appreciated as this has now been the second time locking myself out of my home :-/ Thanks Abc your a lifesaver. Will most definitely recommend their services!!!!

Rahim provided outstanding service and we will definitely be calling on ABC again after this experience. Our house was broken into and we needed all our locks changed before we felt safe leaving our property again. He came out early on a Saturday morning and stayed till the job was done. This was not an run of the mill job job as it involved putting on new locks (so we could leave confidently) before tracking down the matching hardware and returning to install the style to match the house. He definitely went above and beyond and has earned the best word of mouth references I can offer. Thank you Rahim for helping us with our locks and piece of mind.

I had my car/house keys stolen last night. Called ABC lock and key this morning, was able to get a quote we agreed upon before they arrived, (have had to use a lock smith before and was surprised when looking at the invoice, many hidden charges I was not expecting.) They arrived very shortly after I got off the phone with them and quickly got into my car and replaced the key and fod. While the car key was being reset, they went through and changed all four locks for the doors in my house. Service took maybe 30 minutes. Very impressed and relieved is was so easily resolved. Highly recommend ABC Lock and Key, amazing customer service and great price!

I bought a house but was not given keys to the outside security door so I wanted to get keys made or the lock replaced. I called ABC and they asked me to text a picture of the lock. They said they wouldnt be able to make keys but could come out and replace the lock for $130. I asked if it would be cheaper to bring the lock to them and they said that would only cost $60. So I brought the lock in and ended up paying $35 for a replacement lock with 2 keys. I was very happy to the job done and at much less than the original estimate.

Let me tell you, this guy is the best. Absolutely the most genuine and nicest person I have dealt with for my lock problems. I have had to call this man on 2 separate occasions and he has helped me superbly every time and always gave me a very fair price. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars, he is great. The last time he helped me, he had changed out my broken ignition in less then 4 hours and that was without an appointment at the very last minute. I am ever so grateful I didnt have to miss a single day of work either.

Tremendous experience with this company. I was traveling from out of town and lost my only set of keys to my car. I called after 5 p.m. and my call was immediately answered and within minutes I had a quote that was very reasonable to replace my keys. Hannah was very helpful and very courteous. I ended up finding out that I left my keys in my Uber that morning and was able to recover them. However I can highly recommend this company from my experience with them today

hi my name is jay . i hav chey coloradopick up extended cab . starting the car it was not easy for me pluse open and close the back door. i went to store at 2424 nolensville pike. one of the technician made 2 key for me pluse he fixed the back door too. he did grate .and he was so gentlman he was fast ,frendly and affordable. from now one i save abc number in my phon and i will use them guys in the future if something happend. thanks a lot .

Washed my only set of car keys and they worked but only to start and drive the car. I asked for two new keys programmed and it cost me half of what one key at the dealership would cost. Not only that but the customer service was fantastic and when I arrived they immediately offered a bottle of water and for me to sit and relax while the work was complete. Total time in and out with two new keys was less than 20 minutes. Cant recommend more. .

As a major auto dealer in the Nashville area we have used pretty much every locksmith around the city but no one compares to ABC. Their knowledge and service to customers is second to none. We have 9 dealers through out the city and not one of them will use another locksmith! Which should speak volumes about their service! I would highly recommend ABC to any consumer or business for anything lock and key related.

These guys are absolutely perfect locksmiths. Extremely hard working and highly interested in customer satisfaction. They made me 2 keys for my Acura TL for $90 programmed and tested the keys to make sure they work. They were very generous at answering all of my questions and did all the work in less than 15 minutes. Going to a different locksmith would be a mistake! Please go to this one!

Special thank you to Hanna!! Ive made multiple trips here to get keys cut. From heavy equipment to door to lock keys. Never had a bad key. Today got more heavy equipment keys cut and a new key fob for my 2008 chevy impala. Only took about 5 minutes to do the whole process. You guys are life savers!! My daughter locked herself in the car when I went in the house to grab something and when I got back to the car I could not get the doors open. Luckily, my neighbor told me to call this company and they were there in no time at all!! My doors were unlocked and my daughter was out of the car safely. Thank you guys once again!! You are greatly appreciated! :)
