It was pushing 10:00 pm when my tenant called to tell me his front door lock was broken and he couldnt get in. My son spent an hour + every tool in the box trying to get the lock off - to no avail. We called several locksmiths - all with voicemails. It was looking like I would be springing for a hotel room when my son decided to try one more number, and .. WOW! Eric answered the phone! He was willing to make a 45 minute drive in to Nashville from White House - He arrived on time, stood out in the rain at midnight, and replaced those locks. He was kind, polite and didnt overcharge me. Eric didnt make much money tonight, given the gas and drive time, but he definitely made one grateful, satisfied customer. If I were to put together a Dream Team Eric would be on it!

Amazing business and an amazing person. Eric got to my house perfectly on time coming from Goodletsville, I let him know I was coming home from college and knew it might take a while to get to my home. He replaced my keys within an hour, even letting me watch his techniques so that I could learn. He also cleaned my gas cap housing on my bike before he put it back on and taught me some stuff about that. I hope he gets more business here soon because he deserves it.

Eric arrived early even though it was 11:00 p.m. He was cordial and professional. He spoke English and charged me half of what a competitor quoted. Within 10 minutes my keys were back in my hand. If I am ever unfortunate enough to need a locksmith again I will call Eric. No one feels good after doing something dumb like locking their keys in the car, but Eric made the experience a little less painful. Thats about all you can ask for.

We accidentally locked ourselves out of our house and Eric helped us out. He was upfront on how long it would take him to get there and how much it would be. He arrived in a timely manner and was quick to get us in our house. He was very polite and professional. What could have been a long, drawn out situation was easily fixed. I brought my KLR650 to Nashville from Ohio, but forgot keys. Was looking forward to weekend of riding. Had visited two Kawasaki dealers and had no luck having key cut even with key code in hand. I was referred to Eric by Castle Kawasaki. Eric meet me in a Kmart parking lot and had a key made in 45 min! He really knows his stuff. I highly recommend.
