On a day when everything was going wrong, Cool Springs Lock & Key got it right! I had run out for a quick lunch and ended up locking my keys in my car before I got the chance to head back to work. I felt panicked, but quickly remembered my mother-in-law recommending Cool Springs Lock & Key to someone else recently. I decided to give them a try and the service I received was exceptional! They were at my car within 10 minutes, and had my car opened within 2! Thats no exaggeration! The method that they use causes much less damage to the car than the usual "coat-hanger-hook-and-hope". The man who assisted me was very pleasant as well. He was even able to take my credit card as payment right there. Very convenient service overall! While I hope I dont have to, I wouldnt hesitate to turn to them again!

These guys are the best. I was about to pay an absurd $$$ amount to the local Toyota dealership to get a new keyless entry fob calibrated, but thought better of it and looked around for somebody local. I actually started my search with another locksmith in Franklin, but he couldnt do the latest key fobs because his machine was dated. But he referred me to Cool Springs Lock and Key. I then drove over to their "location" but quickly found out theyre not really at a location - they on the move in their service vans. After a simple phone call, they met me within the hour at the Brentwood Costco parking lot and had my issue fixed in minutes. Theyd be my #1 recommendation to anyone with lock or key issues in the greater Nashville area, hands down!

This is a legitimate, honest, reasonably-priced, punctual locksmith! I called Cool Springs Lock & Key; the locksmith said he would be at my house in about 15 minutes; he arrived in about 10. He quickly unlocked the door without doing damage to the door or the lock, and he performed his service for a fixed fee that he had quoted me over the phone before he came to my house. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Cool Springs Lock & Key, especially when compared with locksmiths Ive used in the past that wouldnt quote me a price over the phone and that overcharged me after they finally arrived. So, in summary, if you need a lock unlocked, call Cool Springs Lock & Key!

Great Experience! Another locksmith no-call, no-showed today for a 10:00 AM appointment. I called Cool Springs Lock & Key, and they came to the rescue. An hour later they met me and performed the work I needed done. Their price was reasonable, they were fast, and I got exactly the service I asked for. Their technician was friendly, and just got right to work. A few minutes later I was all set. Once he was done, I asked if he minded if I tested my keys and locks, and he had no objection. Everything functioned perfectly.

WOW!!! This company customer service is on point. Infiniti of Cool Springs recommended them to me & I see why. Professional and excellent service. I cannot remember the guy name I spoke with, but he setup an appointment with me the same day I called, but unfortunately had to reschedule due to a scheduling conflict. He rescheduled the very next morning & showed up right on time & took care in getting my keys replaced @ a reasonable price. Will definitely recommend and use them again if needed.

I met with Kevin Lawson and he deals with the automotive keys within the business. I had to have two Kia Rio keys cut. He charged me 50 for both. Included service charge and key cutting service. He was friendly and was right on time. It took very little time to actually cut the keys and they both work. Excellent person and excellent company. It definitely beats paying 300 for one at the dealership. Thank you for the awesome experience.

I just needed a "sticky" lock fixed; i.e., one that it was fairly hard to get the key in & out w/out breaking it. I tried one popular locksmith, set an appointment which he totally spaced, then rescheduled it with him for 9am the next day. He didnt show by 9:40am so I left. Then I called Cool Springs Lock. Set a 9am appmt for the next day. Kevin showed up at 8:55am, fixed the problem quickly & efficiently.From now on hes my locksmith!

We handle claims for an out of state moving company, our customer could not find the key to their china cabinet. Called up Cool Srprings Lock and Key and they reached out to our customer and were able to take care of the cabinet at the customers house within about 2 hours of the phone call. Man, I was so happy this guy was able to cut my keys for me. Id been looking for over three weeks. Cut them and went beyond to check and see if they were programmable for me. My ignition was jammed b/c of a key that I had made that was faulty- repair store said they would have to replace the ignition for $400. Cool Springs Lock and Key came out and fixed the jammed ignition and it was only $45!!! Thank you so much for your honesty!!!!!
