First, they ordered the wrong lock. Second, they needed to order (didnt have in stock) a common part for the new lock but never told me when it was in. When I went back to return the lock after a week of waiting for the part, they said theyd do it the next morning but still charged me. Third, the keys they made for the lock dont work and they cant figure out how to make correct keys from code. They want me to spend an hour bringing the original key in rather than just look at the key type in one of the same locksets they sell. I am now waiting another full day for them to find my work order and call me back. I dont know how other locksmiths are in Nashville. But, be warned about West End.
