A GOD SEND!! One of my employees locked her 1 year old in the car. Strapped in her car seat smiles from ear to ear as everyone looked at her through the window. It was a cloudy day but hot. I knew we didnt have much time. I called the Lock & key center and Derek answered. I told him the story and he said he was about 15 minutes away. As I contemplated calling the police Derek came flying into the driveway. How he got there so fast was beyond me. With a quick handshake he went to work. The baby at this time was starting to fuss. Derek never panicked he just kept working. After a few attempts with a rod he grabbed his cell. I heard him say "I dont care what it costs I have a baby locked in a car and I need the key code NOW"!! with in minutes he was cutting a new key. Everyone was stating to panic as the baby appeared very upset but Derek never missed a beat. He jumped out of the van, stuck the key it the door and opened it. I sent my employee inside and told Derek I would take care of the bill. Bill me what you need to I said. You are a blessing to all of us today and what every the charge, you are worth every penny. He looked at me and said "No Charge". What!! He knew I could afford it. Why I asked. This was personal for me, my way of giving back. I stuck my credit card in his hand and he gave it right back. Excellent service! My ancient key fob finally died, and I always had a problem with the physical key part setting off the anti-theft alarm, so I wasnt going anywhere. With only one key fob to begin with, I wasnt going to be able to re-program any news ones unless I went to a dealer, either (not fun)! Derek used my provided remote head key blanks (keys with remote attached), and re-programmed and cut them all within about 90 minutes (including a call to Chrysler when the on-board programming wasnt cooperating). He gave me back my "dead" key, and also gave me an extra physical key so that I could open the locks with them (and this time without setting off the alarm)! I was lucky this was a non-emergency situation, but considering what this could have cost at a dealer, I am very pleased with the service. Remember before calling that Derek gets a lot of calls during the day from all over. Try to learn as much as you can about your problem so he can best help! And if you buy your remote head keys from online, be sure it comes with all the right stuff! Some places only sell the shell (for when the case breaks). Good luck!

Very Impressed!!! I had a suitcase that needed a key made and Derek (I believe was his name(yes the guy in the picture)) really went out of his way to find me a solution. He could not find the exact key because it was a suitcase key and didnt have much info but he definitely made me a key that worked for the most part and because I wasnt completely satisfied he didnt charge me! If I had cash with me I would have given it to him. I am from out of town but If I lived locally he would be my go to guy. I really recommend him for your locksmith needs or if you feel like having a friendly conversation, Im sure he would be more than happy to help out. God Bless You!

I cant say enough positive things about Derek and his talents as a locksmith. He was able to remove a broken key from inside my ignition switch on my Porsche 944. His determination and desire to achieve a completely satisfied customer was refreshing. Truely a shop focused on outstanding customer service and reasonable prices. He highly recommended a product called Houdini for my old locks, and Ive used it on every lock I have. At $10, this was the best purchase Ive made in awhile!! Thanks again Derek!!!

I was locked out of my car today and as soon as I hung up with the owner, not even 5 mins later, someone was pulling up to help me... Brandon was very friendly and unlocked my car within 30 sec. Not to mention the owner calling me back to make sure someone was there to help me... I will definitely be saving this company under my contacts! Needless to say I made it to work in time... the service was fast and professional!

They were amazing! My 2 yr old lost my keys and didnt have a spare. They came out quickly and got it done. It took about an hour to get the key chip to match up to my car but the gentleman who came out, Jim, wasnt giving up! Also the man who showed up was very polite and handled my locked car very quickly and politely sadly I dont remember the name of the man who helped me but I would advise anybody in the area to use this company due to how fast and friendly he worked.
