Dont go to this service center (Atlanta Road Smyrna) ever, I had very bad experience with them recently. I given my car for AC repair on June 20th to find root cause, they found few issues and asked me to pay 200$ and I asked twice this is the issue or any other issues noticed they said this is the issue, it worked a week and AC not functioning, I went to the service asked to verify the issue, now this time they come up with big list and asking me to pay 1000$ again then I asked them you guys repaired AC three weeks back and again now your asking 1000$ you could have mention the issues earlier it self, they responded back very bad manner, I got shocked by seeing their behavior, they dont know any thing what to repair what not, my Car AC is functioning better before fixing the issue, please careful these kind of service centers

Horrible experience here...This place was not my first choice but had to go here because my normal place was booked for the day. I had a nail in my tire, they told me it wasnt repairable so I told them to replace it, then they come back and tell me I have absolutely no tread on any of my tires and I need all brand new tires mind you I have a 2017 vehicle and everyone that had looked at my tires after I told them about it told me they are crazy to even say that. In the process they broke my tire sensor and when I went back and told them they broke the sensor they put the tire on they said it wasnt them that did it and wouldnt do anything about it, not worth the fight over something so little but shows me how they like to do business. Definitely will not be back and will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

On Nov. 11th, 2016, I went to this location at 7:00 am to take advantage of the "Free" oil change for Veterans. The shop advertise that they open at 7:30 am. 7:30 came and no one was there to open the shop. By 8;30 am, no one was there and there was at least 10 cars waiting, a few left. I left at 8:35 and went to Precision tune and "Paid" for my oil change. If this shop treats Vets like this, I would hate to see how they treat others! This was a slap in the face to us. Dont advertise something and then fail to deliver. Poor treatment for those who serviced. I will let EVERY Veteran organization know about this as well as the local Chamber of Commence.

Ive been going here for about a year because they honor a coupon that I regularly buy for oil changes. Ive never had a bad experience and today was especially great. I believe they have gone under new management since my last oil change a couple months ago, and it shows. My oil change was done in less than 20 minutes, and they put in my new headlights for free (I brought the bulbs in myself). I dealt with 3 different employees who were all very courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend going here for at least an oil change. I am not sure about any sort of repairs or other maintenance, but for an oil change, they are great!

This repair shop is the perfect picture of those horrible stories you hear about when it comes to auto repair. They lie, they over charge, they dont stand by their work, nor do they make right on their mistakes. If you try to contact Meineke corporate to resolve any issues it is an absolute waste of time!! Run! There are plenty of other reputable and truly trustworthy repair shops nearby, no need to go to a location that will leave your car worse than when it came in. Come in for an oil change and youll be lucky if you can still drive your car when you pick it up. DONT DO IT! Go Somewhere Else!

Dont go here, perfect example of auto shop rip off. Paid for a simple oil change and tire rotation. They didnt rotate the tires. Took the car for test drive after an oil change? Why? Who knows. Came back and told me I needed new struts, they were replaced less than a year prior. No way they needed them again. They said they heard a weird noise under the car. I left and then had a noise under the car which wasnt there before. I looked underneath and found a piece of metal hooked onto the spring.

I would not recommended this place what so ever! over charged me a cooling gauge that when I checked around cost $80 including labor then tried to charge $50 to do a diagnostic check when I was under warranty and never told me a diagnostic check would cost $50 before they took the car apart to see what was wrong. After that they wanted to charge me 660 for a water pump leak where other mechanics had it for 360. Do not go to this place what so ever.

I had an appointment for 7:30am, which I arrived for on time. I waited 30 minutes for someone to arrive to open the shop and take my car. No one arrived. When I called to ask what had happened, I received a weak excuse and no apology. I usually would not complain about bad customer service, but how rude and inconsiderate do you have to be to totally blow off appointments with no call or warning to customers who rearrange their day.

BEWARE WORST SHOP EXPERIENCE EVER! This shop is becoming infamous for the old bait and switch. First they advertised free oil changes on Veterans day but didnt honor it. Then they sent emails for a 14.95 oil change special but when you get there they claim corporate messed up and put the wrong price. Not only is it more than advertised, they hike the price up more with added fees and parts cost not mentioned.

I used to do a lot of business with this shop before the new management came in a couple years ago. I went in today and they were trying to charge me $650 for a water pump, double the amount (Midas) is charging me to do the same job. They tried to charge me $85 just for the print out of work I needed done. I will never do business with them ever again. Ever! They should be ashamed!

Went in to fix the swirling/hissing sound coming from the tire area on my 2012 Nissan Altima...first thought was I need some breaks (Im not an expert) explained to the guy I didnt know exactly what it was. Alan went straight for the back breaks & rotors, after charging me nearly $350 for the service...soon as I get home I hear the EXACT sound coming from the same area!!!!

SCAM ALERT: Put Nissan parts on my Honda!! I had been getting service at this location for the past year or so because they are really "Cheap". Over the past year, I noticed my Honda making more noise and rattling so I went somewhere else and they were putting Nissan parts on my Honda!! Absolutely ridiculous and they have permanently damaged my vehicle...
