Butch is the most honest (and skilled) mechanic Ive ever dealt with. Ive taken 3 priuses Im looking to purchase to him and hes found issues that no one else has. Hes familiar with hybrids and is knowledgeable about anything you can ask him. If you have any doubts about going here, I suggest you give him a call and ask to talk before you do. He would never recommend you do anything that would unnecessarily cost you money. I just went in to get my brakes changed because I thought it might be time, but instead of lying to make profit, butch told me I had several thousand more miles and gave a timeline of when to come back in and check and advice for looking myself. Great business, great people. Honest and full of integrity.

Once you get past the disappointment that they dont sell stuffed Teddy Bears or electric train sets or any other toys for that matter, youll love what they CAN do here: fix your car right, fast, and for a fair price. Ive taken my Camry to them for big things and small things. Butch has surprised me with lower-than-expected bills, faster-than-promised repairs, and a consistent, customer-oriented approach to doing business. I do not hesitate to recommend him and his team. Lets hope your car doesnt break down for a long time - but, when it does, remember The Toy Shop!

Dishonest shop as far as Im concern; My truck was noise each time when the driver wheel operates, explained to the machinist technician, he said I put the "wrong fluid" told me to put what he recommend which I did. Still making Same noise every time I turn corners or hills. He said, "theres nothing he can do but I have to put up and live with. To me, thats scam and or dishonest. I had a very bad experienced with this shop. Never go back again. Sorry.

Good experience. Dealership wanted thousands, more than the value to repair our vehicle & these guys were the 3rd shop we visited & our only hope to get it fixed. So glad they were highly recommended to us able to help. Its been months now & pathfinder is still going strong. Thank you! :)

I highly recommend the Toy Shop! I have had both routine maintenance and some repair work done on our 2002 Toyota Tacoma and 2001 Honda Accord. Both cars have higher mileage, but they are in excellent mechanical shape. Brenda L August 2009

Butch is a stand up guy that does not do any work unless it is necessary. He actually wants to save you money! He is honest and brilliant with Japanese cars!
