Just wanted to give Meineke Woodstock A BIG NO thanks! I replaced my brakes with them last year and 11k miles later had to replace calipers, rotors and pads AGAIN. Took it in before snowstorm and Meineke on Hwy 92 across from Chick-fil-a and next to the QT/ Dunkin Donuts said the brakes were fine but my front bearings were bad. I couldnt believe that they could not hear metal to metal but they swore up and down it was the $800 bearings that were gone. Sam apologized from the bottom of his heart. Well now I am apologizing from the bottom of mine for having to do this. Had a great relationship but this cost me my braking system and almost $800 that didnt need to be spent on bearings. Not only that but the owner, Sam said if I were to do business with him again hed make it up to me. You cost me $600 on parts alone and then another $400 in labor! YOU think Im going to take a gamble and letting you touch something youre supposed to be good at? I own a business too. I get it. I went to Sam and explained to him what happened. He said "Im sorry". But if a mom with 4 kids in the car come in and thats the type of service they received? That could destroy a month of rent and a couple weeks of food. So, this is not for me. This is for them! Want me to take reviews down? Donate $1000.00 to a mom in need of services and post a picture of bill with the family that received the donation and a picture of credited invoice(s) and I will remove all reviews. If you dont do this, then its on you buddy!

Anytime you go to a chain mechanic shop your typically getting overcharged, under quality, and most of all lack of service. I happened to stumble in just for exhaust tips for my Mini Cooper and was leary about that. After coming in I was shocked at how Don talked to me. Answered all my questions, quoted me for brakes (Great price, which Im getting) and just felt like I was treated like I was at the local ma/pa shop. But without the long turn around time of getting your car back. When people brush you off when they talk to you, imagine the quality of work theyll put into your car when your not looking. Don, your the man!! Meineke: Youd be stupid to ever let that man leave! Promise I dont know Don personally. Ha ha. Just big into customer service and feeling like I matter.

Sam and Don were awesome this morning. I called yesterday about my 2003 Ford Explorer and some noise in the front left wheel hub. They actually ordered the part yesterday and had me come in this morning for a scheduled appointment. They confirmed immediately that it was the wheel hub, and repaired it quickly. What was amazing is that they provided me a checklist of a few other items that needed to be repaired now or in the future, but did not provide a strong sales pitch to encourage me to get done today. This is one of the best experiences my husband and I have had in dealing with repair work on our cars. I would highly recommend that if you are searching for honest auto mechanics, that you go to Meineke and speak first-hand with Sam and Don. Youll be glad that you did.

As Michael M. mentioned from an earlier post, Meineke do whatever is needed to keep Don. I have had an excellent experience with the guys here not just Don. They are fair, honest and explain the work needing to be done so you understand. And they never sell you on anything that is not needed which cant be said about most auto shops. Keep up the good work guys!!!!

Decided to go here while my wife was getting dental treatment done nearby. Honest people...no pushy sales on unnecessary stuff and did a great alignment on my vehicle. Will definitely go back to them even if I have to drive bit farther than where I live. Highly recommended!

It can be hard to find a trustworthy mechanic. These guys are honest and always do a great job. Ive been taking my cars to Sam and his team for years because they have always done right by me. I highly recommend this shop.

Don is very personable and knowlagable. Sam will serve on the spot without an appointment if bay open. Customer also gets points to build towards free oil change. High level oil change include road service.
