Avoid this location! I had my mechanic replace a lower control arm on my truck a couple years ago, but his shop didnt have the equipment to re-align the front end. So, he always takes vehicles to the South Cobb Drive Firestone for alignments and purchases a "Lifetime Alignment Service" for the vehicle. Ive used the "Lifetime Alignment Service" once since then with no trouble. Today, my wife called the local Firestone in Woodstock to discuss another alignment and talked with Scott. He talked down to her as if she didnt know what she was talking about and told her that she couldnt know if it needed an alignment or something else was wrong. He suggested we let them inspect the vehicle prior to performing an alignment. She declined since she felt he just didnt want to perform "free" work. I called the Woodstock location and spoke with Doug (?), who was helpful until I told him that we had a "Lifetime Alignment" and wanted to bring it in. He proceeded to tell me that since the "Lifetime Alignment" was purchased under my mechanics name for my truck that they would not honor it. When asked why the South Cobb Drive location honored it he simply stated that they would not honor it at the Woodstock location. This is obviously a franchise location that looks to squeeze whatever work they can out of its customers. Since theres very little profit in the "Lifetime Warranty" work, theyll either find other problems with your vehicle through an inspection or find ways to avoid honoring a valid purchase. Ill take my business elsewhere.

The first time I used this Firestone, I was very happy. Today I went in for a tire rotation and the advisor (Scott) told me they wouldnt do it because my tires need replacing. The last set of tires I had on my vehicle lasted 75,000 miles and they were generic. This set is Firestone (so they obviously costs more) and I only have 43,000 miles on them. I paid for rotation and balancing as long as we have these tires, but Scott wouldnt perform the rotation. I looked at the tires when I was leaving, and they dont even look close to needing to be replaced at this point. Scott said I really needed to go ahead and get new tires so I could get some money back from the 60,000 mile warranty on this set. I personally think its all about making more money whether the customer needs what they recommend or not. When I sat back down after Scott told me this, the other customer said thats what they always tell him too. Ill either start going to a Firestone competitor or a different Firestone location, but I wont go back to this one unless my husband can get them to do what they were paid to do...rotate these tires as long as we have them on my car.

Brought my new van in that had what I thought was a balancing issue. They were able to use the Road Force Balancing machine and determined that all of my tires werent round and were bouncing all over the place. I had previously brought my car to Sams to be balanced and they told me everything was good to go. Come to find out the dealership I bought the vehicle had put on Doral $25 specials on the car which are complete dirt tires. They suggested that I go back to the dealer and demand them to work with me on it. After speaking with the dealership, they decided to split the cost on my tires which will save me $300. This is the second time I have been to this shop and both times received excellent service and advice. I will definitely be back the next time I have an issue or need new tires! Thanks guys!

Not worth the time, the only thing they will do is sell you on new tires even if you don’t need them. Bought the life time balancing and alignment to go with the tires that I did not need. When I went back in for paid for service they messed up my multifunction switch and claimed that they didn’t. Worked just fine driving to the shop but when I drove home turn signal wasn’t working properly….. right you had nothing to do with it.

I went there for a quote on tires for a pretty popular jap suv....they quoted be $1000 for a set of four tires! I got four new tires at a competitor across the street for $500 bucks. The week before I went to balance and rotate four tires. They charged me the 69 dollar lifetime rotation.....and they didnt rotate the tire but just switched out the front two tires.....! I am done with them......

Went in for a simple tire balance and rotation. The mechanic was so busy that he forgot to tighten the lug-nuts on my tire, and I nearly lost my tire on the freeway. Meanwhile, after trying to oversell me on items I didnt want or need, the service manager camped out in his office and alternated between dozing and looking at his phone.

Out of 5 Firestones that Ive been to this is the best one. This Firestone far exceeds the other ones. They are two to three times as quick with repairing your automobile and they explain everything as well as being friendly.

Went to get an oil change there and was told it would take appropriately 45 minets. Three hours later we asked the status and they hadnt even started. If you cant help someone tell them to leave. Never going back.

We have used their services often. The last time, I had a screw in my tire and it was 5 minutes until closing time. The staff waited for me and put on my spare for me. I really appreciated their help!
