I dont write reviews, but here we go. I have a 97 Cr-V that needed some work, the previous owner of the CR-v mentioned he did the timing on his own, so naturally I let the folks over at Meineke know this. I was adamant that the timing belt was the issue. The employee convinced me to do a diagnostic after insisting multiple times (Which I didnt want to do since the prior owner told me it was the timing) after running the diag the guy comes out and tells me I was right and they found an issue with the timing. 3 days later at 5pm(They close at 6 FYI) I called in to inquire about the status of my CRV, the guy answers and I asked about the car and hes like "oh yeah its done". He was very vague and evasive and finally begins to tell me that the issue isnt fixed. They fixed the timing but it didnt resolve the issue. So, I was actually wrong it wasnt the belt but isnt that the whole reason you had me get a diag in the first place? The Cr-v is not in good shape and I know that, I just expect a little more from "professionals". So 765.00 later car is not fixed and not so much as a suggestion from those "professionals". When I got the diagnostic initially I was told 100% of the cost would go towards the job, if I got the work done with them. The hefty manager told me this and I even had him write on the estimate. When I arrived to get the work done he said that hed only be able to credit 50% cause I brought my own parts. Parts that I got for $125 when they were charging $279 for the same exact parts. I had a terrible experience I wont go back.

The worst experience ever at an auto repair shop, I bring my car in for a simple exhaust leak. Thinking I not going to pay a lot for my muffler, pardon the pun. My car was misdiagnosed, I was given a ridiculous quote over a thousand dollars for a basic tune up. I went to another muffler shop up the street and was giving another quote for a complete new exhaust system which I didnt need for half the cost, I went one last time to see if they would give a cheaper quote to just fix the small leak rather than replace the whole exhaust system. Boy was I wrong, they were trying to charge me 800-1,000 dollars again, to patch up a few holes and install a few bolts, trying to feed the bull that this is an 8-10 hour job, another customer loss, in fact they just ruined it for all the Meineke franchises in the world. If I could give no stars, that would be my real rating. Please dont be fooled the ratings. Its always good to have common knowledge of your car before taking it to any repair shop.

I have had the worst experience here. After having them replace my starter, I went home and my engine started smoking. They told me it was nothing to worry about. Then the next day I was on my way to work and my engine completely overheated and I had to pull over and wait for them to come fix it. Turns out that they forgot to put coolant in my car. After having my car looked at by another place I discovered that they had also forgot to attach certain items back in place and have put things back in incorrect ways. There were also certain bolts missing. I am still finding out more things they have done incorrectly. I will never trust them with my car again. I guess being a female they figured they had a sucker on their hands and could do the work halfway.

My experience with this Meineke location has been an incredible one. I happen to live less than 2 miles from this location and the level of service they provide is second to none. They are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and continue to exemplify what great customer service is. Ive had them complete several repairs including brakes, rotors, spark plugs, engine flushes and a long list of other items. The work is always exceptional. Jay is a great manager and Andrew and the other staff Ive interacted with are equally impressive. I highly recommend them and would not want to take my vehicle anywhere else for service.

My experience with this Meineke was easy and informative. Along I was cautious when first coming in, they were helpful with every question I had. There was no pressure to get any work done with them and I feel they still treated me like a paying customer. I own a car a lot of mechanics prefer not to work on and they were showed no reserve or lack of understanding when it came to the car. I plan to use them as my go to mechanic for all questions or work that needs to be done in the future because Im positive they will do it correctly.

Came in for an oil change and asked a lot of questions about the various levels of oil, quality and brands used. They were knowledgeable and friendly enough to answer all my questions until I made the best decision for my vehicle, never pressured to up-sell me, these guys just seemed really friendly and trustworthy. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them and come again for myself or family. Also, free WiFi which was a nice plus!

The customer service at this Meineke location was phenomenal. I had transmission issues on my vehicle and they were able to help. Along the way, the manager(Kerry, I believe), was great in informing me of what was going on and went into detail on what they were doing/how they would fix it. Im so glad that this location was the closest when I googled "nearest transmission repair" Will be going back for future services.

Great customer service the manager jay has really turned the place around... this is the first time i have ever been to a repair shop and the manager (jay) did not once try to over sell me told me exactly what my vehicle needed and got me and my family back on our way.... i would recommend to anyone keep up the good work guys....
