GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF! ESPECIALLY SINGLE WOMEN! I went here two days ago to get a simple tire fixed. The clerk took my information and while I waited she came back and said all my tires were rotten because Ive had them 5 years. Mind you, I brought the car brand new and its not five years old. Plus I purchased all new tires in 2012! WTF! I went to their competitor and my car was fixed in 10 minutes for $10. I asked were my tires rotten and of course they said no. They even took me to the back and showed me how to tell when I need new tires. The guy said I had a good year left on my tires. I dont know why this PEPBOYS would say such things but one good guess is to run up my costs. I will never go back to PEPBOYS ever! In this case, one bad apple does spoil the whole bunch!

Been here all morning since 9 for a simple fix waited for a part that got here at noon still waiting for the guy to even drop my car down and add it 3 hours job tops. But instead Im here 5 almost 6... Extreamy poor customer service I had to ask them whats the time frame I had to ask them how much longer before my part arrived. extremely unprofessional to know that 7 cars have pulled in and out and mine hasnt even been brought back down . I will NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION I WILL drive 30 more miles to insure I get the proper care now let my car not be fixed or worse then when I brought it new off the lot then we will have a serious problem. The owners of this store should be embarrassed. Please do not go to this store for any issues you may have with your car you may as well do the work your self.

There is one staff member in this store that is far from professional. I will never return to this store again. He was rude and disrespectful to my husband and I. We went into the store asking about our tires and if we had warranty on them. He left us by the phone waiting for the other store (asking us if anyone returned to the phone) that is his job to do, not ours. When he got the information, he checked the wrong tires and was flat out ghetto and rude. He spoke to my husband and I as if we were lying about our tires. It seems like the the staff there have not trust in their customers or in each other. I get all my maintenance done at pep boys and buy my tires there as well, but Im considering going somewhere else. It was a waist of my time going to that store.

Employees are abundant, but 99% of the time they are in the back goofing around with each other. I have never been in this store when there was a cashier actually at the register when I was ready to check out. The time I went there to get some new battery terminals, I left the store to find my battery dead. I asked if they could give me a jump from the mobile cart. Manager informed me they were busy, then continued to clean up (the store was closing in 30 minutes.) I actually had to call a friend to get a jump! Horrible!

I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SHOP!! The most poorly run, low quality work and terrible customer service I have ever seen. The process they use to hire mechanics (if thats what you want to call them) is poor. Perhaps they pay so low that quality mechanics work elsewhere. I have seen just about everything in the car shop world but this place is the worst by far. I promise you will be served going anywhere else. Anywhere else is better then this place. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

The service manager there, Chris McGraw, gave me outstanding customer service. He did NOT take advantage of the fact that I am a young, female that came to receive Pep Boys services alone. Chris made sure I knew the "good, bad and the ugly" literally. He also provided me with the best, most affordable solutions. Before that day, I had never went to pep boys before, but now thats the only place Im willing to go too. You guys are amazing.

This store in Austell really dont deserve a star at all. Went there just to get a simple headlight bulbs changed in my car. Not only they told me they dont do it there. But told me the manager dont allow that to be done there. So I went to the Mableton store and they did for me without any issues or problems. Thank you Mableton Pep Boys for ur hospitality and kindness. I will speak to the manager at the Austell store.

Outstanding customer service and Speedy auto service. These guys are awesome! My car was the first one in the shop, and i was told it would probably take 1&1/2hrs to be completed, it actually took less than an hour. I left another location after i was told it typically takes 2&1/2hrs for an alignment and oil change. Ill definitely be back.

Had my car over a month and made the matter worse. How can a manager not have contact information for an employee. How can you replace an engine and tell the customer that the AC could have been broken??? Then try to over charge for the service. Are you profiting off of a basic principal of SCAM THE MINORITIES?????

Nothing but problems with this location . They put the wrong breaks on my fiance truck and when they said they fixed it they did it again and didnt put the right ones on his truck. Always rude horrible customer service ive worked in customer service for 8 years and if I treated my customers like they do Id be fired.

Had an appointment scheduled for 9am on Monday the 25th of April 2016. Went in, waited 20 min to be told a technician wasnt working and come back tomorrow . Very rude , inconsiderate people Lost my business now at Precision tune auto care ( across the street) getting treated excellent and work will be done today

I have been there twice and both I had a great experience. First time I was expecting to buy a battery but they were able to charge it for free and it has worked great since. The second time was today I had a slow leak (two nails) and the mechanic was great and I was out and rolling in no time.

This PepBoys quoted me $3400.00 in service after I already took the car in to get an alignment done. Long story short, it wasnt right the first time, they "fixed it" and then tried to gut my wallet. I took my car to Advanced Auto Services, they fixed Pep Boys mistakes. Never again.

Great service. The Store was closed and we needed a battery b/c our car would not start. He let us in to buy the it and drove us back to the car. William came along and checked our battery and the car n it started with out needing the new battery. Above and beyond great service.

They did well with my oil change, but it took forever to get done, even though Tammy the attendant told me on the phone there was only one person being serviced. I shouldnt be waiting 1 hour for oil change.I would give them 1 more trial though, hopefully it would need better.
