I would first like to say, that in my opinion, this is the best automobile shop in Atlanta. I own a 2015 Lancer Evolution that I plan to take here time and time again. Whether you are into tuning your vehicle or not this is the place for you. To begin with they have an in ground alignment machine. Most sports cars have a very low center of gravity. For this reason taking your vehicle to a shop with a normal alignment machine will likely damage the under body of the vehicle. It really is an impressive machine they have. I live in Buckhead and Ive never seen a shop here in Atlanta more state of the art and with such a courteous staff. If you live in Buckhead or anywhere south of Marietta save yourself the trouble of worries by visiting this awesome shop! If you drive a Honda or a Ferrari you will be happy visiting this shop. They are honest people not trying to take advantage of you in order to make a fast dollar. They realize that running a business that is lasting means treating their customers right and being honest. I can judge good character pretty well and I will say that they really have it. There is a reason that all their reviews are exceptional. They have figured it out. They have figured out what works and all they are doing is improving on what works daily. So far I have met John, Jonathan Elrod, Jorden, Eric, Justin, and Corey. Any one of these members of the staff will treat you right. I feel that each one of them should be commended for their exemplary work and customer service. I am a person who pays attention to detail. If you love your automobile, then I more than encourage you to bring it here!!

This place is awesome if you have a car they service. My Hondas AC stopped working after its "winter break". I know very little about car mechanics, but friends and family have helped a bit in diagnosing and decided the compressor is definitely not kicking on. They warned this could be a very expensive problem. I was mentally preparing myself for the possibility of a southern summer without car AC.... At the shop, after ~45 min of checking, the issue was determined to be the "second relay" which costed me $15 plus our pre-agreed diagnosing fee. I dont need to tell you how relieved I was because I had prepared for a much worse quote. He also filled up the coolant in my car just because he was in there. I was out of the shop after 1 hour with a functioning AC and a very happy experience. It doesnt take much to figure out I didnt know much about cars, and they could have charged me for a much more expensive part plus labor. But they didnt. I appreciate their attitude of "doing things right". It makes all the sense for this shop to have a nearly perfect google review score and Im just going to chip in my confirmation on that. In addition, the shop was very clean and organized. You can look into the working area from the waiting room via a big window, and the it is tidy and clean. Make you feel like they not only are good at cars, but also take the job seriously. They are awesome and theyve earned another loyal customer.

OMG! Fantastic service... Let me start off by saying that I was referred to Fastlane from an online Infiniti forum and I understand why!!! My car had been giving me trouble for months and after taking it to a place my father INSISTED that I try (and they didnt fix it!) I decided to suck it up and drive the 80 miles to bring my "baby" here... I am so glad that I did... Damon listened to all my questions and concerns and assured me that they would be able to handle anything that could possibly need to be fixed.. They kept my car, kept me informed, and fixed her right up!!! I couldnt have been happier with the level of service that I received.. John, the owner, even stayed late for me to be able to come and pick up my car (dang Atlanta traffic) and didnt complain one little bit... What more can you ask for??? I was treated with respect and they listened to ALL MY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS without blinking an eye or a smirk.. ( Sometimes its hard to explain as a woman the way we are treated by repair shops) These days when you find quality at affordable prices, you stick with it! I will GLADLY drive 80 miles to visit these guys! Thank you just doesnt say enough!!!!

I have been using Fast Lane for the last year related to a variety of car matters (standard maintenance as well as issues). I rarely leave reviews, but I have been so thoroughly impressed with this place time and time again that I drive 30 minutes just to come here. They are professional, helpful, up-front on cost/timeliness and fast. They even honor their call-in appointments and give you an accurate wait time. On one occasion, I tried to install my own air filters and it wasnt nearly as easy as my last car, so I called up to get their tips on how to do it. The over the phone tips did not work, so I drove in and they helped me put in the air filters free of charge immediately. On another occasion, I needed new tires and they called a tire center and actually got me a discount on the set of tires I bought. Overall, you will not find this level of care in your standard auto dealerships. As it relates to cost, the first few times I called around to other shops, and they were consistently under the prices of the other guys. Also - they are Infiniti experts and have a great waiting room with wifi. Thank you guys

Honest pricing, clean facility, knowledgeable and started work at the scheduled appointment time. I was very pleased with my visit. Pricing was honest with no hidden fees at checkout. The facility is clean and staff presented themselves as knowledgeable and professional. They were also very thorough in showing what they were doing and why they were doing it. Also note that they specialize in import vehicles but dont take that as they only work on import vehicles. Bobby Flay has some specialty dishes too but Im sure most everything he prepares is going to be damn tasty.... These guys are the same way and the mechanical principles between vehicles is fairly consistent. With that they fixed the alignment in my non-import, Dodge truck better than the dealer could have done it. So bring your import over here for good service and call them about your domestic vehicle. They can probably still help you out.

This was my first time visiting this shop. I used google to find a shop that specialized in fixing Hondas and came across FastLane. I am soooo glad I did! I called and spoke to Justin who was extremely patient with me and answered ALL my questions. I scheduled an appointment for the next morning. I got there at 8am and was walking out at 8:45am. Talk about fast service and very knowledgeable mechanics. They didnt try to sell me anything extra or tell me something was wrong with my car (because I was a female). I felt confidence from the phone call that this place was legit. LOL The pricing here for service is the cheapest in town. I have been calling around comparing prices since I have a newer car. For the job they performed on my car, I paid about $45. The same job, the Honda dealership quoted me $160. I am definitely a new customer to FastLane and will continue to bring my car back here.
