Visited this location for the first time to have routine maintenance perform on my Mercedes E350. Shortly thereafter, detected that that the hood was not level and discovered due to an air hose that had been removed and left on the side which kept the hood from closing properly (hood could have easily disengaged while driving), additionally, the windshield reservoir cap was left off - hanging on the side. This blatant neglect should have been readily detected by these "specialist" and makes me wonder if any of the maintenance was actually completed that I handsomely paid for. Upon returning to the location to address the unacceptable matter, was told the owner was not immediately available and would contact me to further address - I have yet to hear from the owner or anyone. Needless to say, I will not recommend or use their services again.

Repeat service on repairs within weeks. Note vehicle was brought to them in excellent condition, a very quiet and smooth running engine, with one minor leak between the transmission and motor gasket. Now I have a major leak and the engine vibrates throughout the vehicle. I have given them every opportunity to correct the issue, with no success, just more money to fix the issues created by them. I forgot to mention, I am a 25year electrical/ mechanical engineer with experience on some of the worlds most advance propulsion systems. Worst experience Ive had. I go in to ask for a diagnostic on my 2003 Mercedes Benz E500, and the charge is 107. When Im finally called to hear what has gone wrong with my car, he replaces the cars batteries and attempts to sell me his products. Then when I deny, he charges me 350 just to remove his batteries and insert mine again. I just asked for the diagnostics and charges me for extra work I never had a say in. Im never going back there again.

Bill and Randy are very welcoming and approachable at Vinings Auto Repair Garage. I have been there three times and each occasion has been pleasant. They seem to understand that you build loyal customers by being fair and managing with integrity. I will continue to do business with them.

Great shop, they worked on my 335 BMW and had the experience and knowledge to repair it when other shops, especially in Smyrna. Great price and honest. I highly recommend this shop.
