The ONLY reason I am giving 2 stars is because of the movers. I called and had our move scheduled for Sunday at 9:00am. We got up at 5am just to make sure we had everything ready so the movers could just grab and go only to get a phone call at 9:23 from Josh saying they were having manpower issues and it would be later if not the next day. I told him the next day was not possible. I asked him what time later in the day and he said 12 maybe later. I told him that I would make a run to our new house and be back by 12 and if they were going to be later then to call me and he said "sure thing". I also told him I expected a good discount. I got back at 12:00 and gave him until 2:00 to call before I started calling. I called and called for TWENTY minutes!!! I called the number on my email and it sent me to the Dallas location and they couldnt get him either. My husbands phone literally rang for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to pick up. I got in my car and was headed to the office when the driver called and said he was in route. They got to me around 3:30pm...........6 hours after we were supposed to move. I had to reschedule some things that I had planned later that day b/c of this huge inconvenience. When they arrived at my new house they went over the charges and I told them I was not paying until I found out what my discount was going to be. One of the men get him on the phone and I HAVE NEVER had so much attitude from someone working in customer service. It was unreal. Arguing with me saying he told me between 12 and 3 and I told him that was not what he said. That he sounded so flustered I would be surprised if he remembered everything that was said. He tried giving me some spill about being out of service area. What a load of bs. He didnt want to deal with anything. I was told he goes to the office and dispatches and leaves. He didnt charge me for driving time but with as late as they were and NO calls to let me know what was going on I should have gotten WAY more off. I will never use this company again and I will post this everywhere I can to let people know what kind of "manager" is running this thing: a "man" that cannot admit and apologize when he dropped the ball and does the BARE minimum to barely try to make things right. You need to get rid of Josh and find someone who actually cares about their job and the customers you are servicing. Again, the movers were great, its the management that needs to be changed. Oh, and on the paperwork it said clearly said "AM MOVE". Ridiculous!

Did not have a great experience. We have used several moving companies over the last few years, but this was not a pleasant experience. My wife and I scheduled our move as soon as we knew the move-in date. We got our estimate, paid the deposit, and were scheduled for an early morning move on a Saturday so we could get it done and over with. I flew in from a business trip the night before and got home after 11:00PM. I made sure that I woke up early so that we could take care of everything before the movers arrived. Long story short, we got changed to "hangers" (whatever that means) and our movers didnt arrive until 3:30 in the AFTERNOON! When I was on the phone with the moving company (which was the most pleasant part of the whole experience - very nice!), they suggest three hours for our move, but I went with four hours just to be safe. They ended up going OVER by 30 minutes, so I had to pay for it. After they moved us into our new place, we realized that they cracked the screen on our big screen tv (which wasnt cheap)! They filed a report and gave me a number to call. But they also said it could take up to a couple weeks before anything happened in terms of a resolution. After they left, we also realized that two of the back support beams in our couch were broken and sticking out! Weve moved that couch THREE times without any issues whatsoever. And to top it all off, they didnt even remove everything from our old apartment! They had a huge 20-something foot truck and they couldnt fit everything? Thats odd because we had the same size truck moving IN to our apartment and those movers fit everything with room to spare. I think they were just not stacking these as efficiently as they could have been. So we were left to figure out a way to get everything into our little 4-door sedan then next day and move it ourselves. Thats THE reason we wanted to hire a moving company: because we only have a single car and did not want to have to move things ourselves. And some of the things they left were perfectly square BOXES that they could have stacked. And the other things could have easily gone on top of the other stuff in the truck. Bad choice going with this company! Save your money and frustration! I will update this review once we get our broken TV fixed or replaced.

This company received the 1Star and I didnt want to give that. The movers loaded my items in the truck not ONE time told me that they would be taking their LUNCH break first, before bringing my furniture and personal items to my new location. I pull off the same time the truck did, and headed to my new location, when at the last minute, I see the truck come off the highway. I call the office and speak so this very RUDE RACHEL who I explained the truck not following my directions, she show abaolutely no concern, and say she would cal me back. I waited 10 minutes and had to call the office again. Rachel tells me that she left my concern with TONY the manager. I said since I dont know where these guys were going with my stuff, that I was going to call the Police. She just said ok, still showing no concern 2 minutes later, one of the movers call me and let me know their on their luncg break... Ok, who does that,,, what professional company go to lunch with your entire house on the back of a PENSKE truck. Needless to say, the movers so up and present me with a $637 bill. I think I fainted about 3 times. I call this TONY at the office, who is supposed to be a manager. I expressed my concern regarding the Penske truck, Rachel being rude as hell, the guys going to lunch with my stuff, and that bill being $637. Well he was just as rude, He told me that the way he explained everything was SIMPLE. OH, so its ok to insult my intellegence. Anyway, he tells me that his guys were not unloading tha truck until they got paid $637. I WILL LET EVERYBODY I KNOW TO STAY FAR FAR AWAY,,, this was aweful customer service for $110 an hour. You pay that price to companies that is 100% loyal and upfront. I was ripped off. Not to mention the holes in my box sping. I havent unloaded all of my boxes yet to see what else got broke
