This is the most horrible moving experience ever. The two females of the packing crew was rude, disrespectful and dismissed everything I asked of them. They had to ask my husband for help moving things and were constantly complaining about our things. They bickered with each other the whole move and spelled our name wrong on all of our boxes. They left behind items and it took them two days to pack a 1200 square foot townhome. Ill be spreading the word how horrible they are. The only good thing I have to say is the males who loaded our truck were kind and courteous.

We specifically asked for two workers that would be careful with antiques. They sent a pair that were neither careful or cautious. They dropped two antiques and broke both of them. The workers assured me the company would fix them. When I called the woman told me it was not their responsibility but that the manager would call me. He never called back. When I called again they gave me the number of a furniture repair shop that I could use at my own expense. He also did not call back

This was the worst moving experience Ive ever had. The two movers showed up looking like they they just left the bar from the night before and had a red bull on the way over. They were slow and every time I came outside to put a box in the truck, they were on a cigarette break. I complained to the management, but nothing was ever resolved. I was left with extremely poor service and a big bill.

Very slow. Ive moved several times before and its never taken this long. We asked for no used boxes and were told that was what they had available. The guys loading were great and deserve there own 5 star rating. One in particular younger guy packing the truck is a very hard worker. As for the company it might be best to read other reviews of other companies first.

The two men did a wonderful job packing my stuff. I highly recommend them. I had a cube and they packed everything in there very tightly and never stopped working. I would use them again.
