Beware!! We hired 4WeHelp Movers for our local move - mostly to help with our large items. One item in particular, our washer, was included.The movers had no experience in moving an appliance and it cost us over $1,000 to replace. When they moved it, they broke a cement piece that held the tub in place and we didnt find out until months later when our washer started leaking water all over the laundry room floor. When I called to let them know what had happened, they said their movers were not responsible for disconnecting the washer and it was up to us to know how to move it properly. In my opinion, these are people that help MOVE large items. The process of properly moving a washer should be a part of their training/hiring procedures. Make sure you know how to move your appliances beforehand because they do not know how to do it correctly and claim they are not responsible if anything happens. Spend the extra $$ and hire properly trained movers.

I was extremely happy with this company. We were moving to Cincy from another state and realized once we got here, we really needed to hire some movers. We called and were able to schedule a two man crew for the very next day. Our movers were Alex R. and Rob Y. and they were both incredibly professional, nice, and hard-working. They did a walk through of the house with us to discuss where the boxes were going, and this wasnt even included in the three hours we paid them for. I was absolutely amazed at how many boxes they carried at once (no small feat given that we had narrow stair wells and a three story house to move into). And man did they hustle! They only took one break the entire time, and again, made sure to note the time such that it was not included in our three hour time. They were very friendly and gave us some excellent tips on where to eat in our new neighborhood. I couldnt have been happier. If you need a mover, call these folks!

Nightmare of an experience. Basic small 2bedroom, by all means a standard move. The result with 4wehelp, 2 hours late for their "4 hour window", items missing, items damaged, items unmoved. I clearly outlined everything I had to move, gave detailed descriptions of both locations, but yet was told my move could not be completed because they didnt estimate it would take as long as it did and they had other customers they were already late for. What a joke of a business. They have no problems taking your money, in fact that was the only part of the entire process that was done quickly and without issue. I would never, under an circumstance, recommend this company

Terrible, I wouldnt recommend them to anybody. The truck they brought wasnt big enough, then they insisted they couldnt make 2 trips. After I called the office and talked to the manager they told they could make 2 trips, but the first trip took them 7 hours to load/unload so I told them forget it and I ended up finishing the move myself. They put scratches all over my hardwood floors, put holes in my walls and didnt wrap any glassware or glass-framed pictures. One of the movers constantly solicited my wife that he could come back and do side work on the weekends helping with anything we needed.

besides being an hour late, i thought they did a good job. supposed to have 3 guys and 5 showed up. 2 in a personal vehicle. guys were nice, but once the move was complete, that is when the problems started. tools went missing and wifes diamond necklace is missing. also tip was not distributed evenly. gave to one of the guys and he decided to keep 25% for himself and still take a cut of the remaining 75%. would not recommend to anyone that wants all of their belongings moved without disappearing.

The is an unqualified five star review for We Help Moving. To begin with their customer service was informed and prompt from beginning to end. Moving can be stressful and knowing that my household goods were in capable hands really eased my mind. On the morning of our unpack, the movers arrived on time and were both careful and courteous. Our truck was unpacked in no time. On top of all of this amazingness you cannot beat their prices. If you are planning a move, hire these guys!

Recenty hired these guys to move my larger furniture that i couldnt handle alone. They were great. They were on time, very friendly, and they took good care of my furniture. They wrapped all the furniture with either blankets or plastic. And made sure it was in the truck well so it didnt fall onto other stuff. This was my 2nd move using this company. Both times very satisfied with them. Thanks guys! And i will be calling in a couple years when I move again

These guys did a nice job moving me to my new condo. The manager Thomas personally moved me along with another guy and a trainee. They were a nice balance of quick and careful. Wrapped up all my furniture in padding to make sure they were well protected. Fair price for the work done. Overall Id say these are honest young guys who are really trying to build their business by satisfying customers. Id recommend.

Movers did a wonderful job ! They were on time, very nice and made sure everything was how I wanted it. They were very professional and even took the extra step of taking my sofa through the window when it wouldnt fit through the door of a very old door way! I have never hired movers before, but it was absolutely worth the money !! THANK YOU !!

My husband had an old big scree tv that has been sitting in our dining room for months. He kept saying that he and his friends would move it and they never did. I found these guys here and they came out the next day. They were very careful not to scratch my hardwood floors and got the TV down a tricky staircase without a problem.

Now I dont usually post online reviews, but I felt that this was the least I could do, after the way this company helped me out. They really went above and beyond... they were able to be flexible in ways that bigger companies are not. They had a number of dollies that made their work more efficient. I take my hat off to them.

I ususally dont post a review for anything, but these movers were exceptional! They could not do enough to help us. We had some large pieces of furniture and no freight elevator and they never complained at all. Even when there was a problem, they took care of it right away. Next move we will definitely use them again.

I am currently sitting at home waiting on them. I was given a window and they are not even answering their phone now. They said they were delayed due to the rain, guess what, I was out moving my own stuff in the rain. Im down to 4 items I cant carry and they still expect me to pay for a fully 2 hours. DO Not use them!!

Movers were late, packed the truck carelessly, lost hardware to reassemble furniture, lost bed rails that were irreplaceable, broken items including two bikes, hired another moving company without my knowledge to take care of the second part of the move. There are plenty of movers in the city. Dont use this one.
