Having been recently married, my spouse and I needed a moving company to transfer a short list of furniture items and boxes from her apartment to mine. It was not a big move, both in items and distance, but we did not want to recruit friends/family during the Christmas season to lift furniture up three flights of stairs in the cold. Within a few minutes of searching, we found Little Guys Movers online and requested a quote. Within a few hours, we received a call from Thomas at Little Guys Movers requesting that we provide some additional information on the move. The great part about Little Guys is that they charge fixed rates per item ($200 minimum per move) rather than hourly. Within just a few minutes, the move was scheduled. The names of my movers were Jesse and Adam. The level of professionalism between these two individuals was outstanding. Special attention was taken to review the number of items/price of the move, the path that needed to be taken to reach the truck from the apartment, and original quality of the items. Pads were placed on door paneling to prevent scuffs while passing through, and within twenty minutes all of the furniture was loaded. Her apartment was less than 5 minutes from mine, so traveling there did not take long. An additional 25 minutes from the time of load-up and the move was complete. 45 minutes, all of our furniture and belongings in our apartment just as we requested them be placed, and not a scratch on any of them. The whole move cost $200, but it was more than worth it to have such professional service from quality persons. I highly recommend the Little Guys Movers company for both small and large moves.

First off, this company saved me. I had an iguana cage (about 750 pounds and very fragile) that could not be loaded off the truck due to poor planning on the freight side. I explained the situation and they immediately sent Ben and Josh. Ben and Josh were amazing. The freight driver said it was impossible to move the cage into my house without damage. Ben and Josh refused to believe that. They both worked hard to find a solution and it worked. They actually decided to hand carry the cage rather than risk damage (even though I told them to just damage the bottom of the cage as the job seemed impossible without using a dolly, they said there was no way they could harm property knowingly). They truly cared about performing the job perfectly and clearly loved and believed in the company. This was the best experience. I will always use Little Guys Movers. They actually care about people and the difference is so much greater than any other customer service I have ever received.

Christian and Dustin were amazing! They were on time even though I was not and were outstanding. Prompt, courteous, careful, professional, and funny. Best part of all, they were masters at unloading a 15 foot truck and a 12 foot trailer into a 10 x 15 storage unit. I guessed they must have had engineering degrees to pull off such a feat! The contact with Little Guys Movers before meeting Christian and Dustin was outstanding as well. I was contacted by phone throughout the entire process from booking to the day I was supposed to move to the day I actually moved and the company was wonderful and accommodating throughout an otherwise disastrous moving experience. Highly, highly recommended and I will be using them again, no doubt! Thank you so much Little Guys Movers!

I used Little Guys because they have the most reasonable prices in town. My favorite part is that they charge a flat rate. Just because they have reasonable prices doesnt mean the quality is poor. I was pleasantly surprised how well Adam, Alex, and Chris took care of my items. They had all the supplies one would expect from a reputable moving company. They were so efficient that they arrived early, and had everything moved in just a few hours. Also, they had no problem arranging and placing everything wherever I wanted. This was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this company. Oh, and they dont charge higher prices for moving on the weekend.

Scheduled this company while in South Carolina for our sons move in Lexington KY. I was skeptical since I received so many quotes and this one seemed a little low in comparison, but could have never been more pleased. This company was AMAZING! The two gentlemen that came for the move, Adam and Steven, were very professional and helpful. They walked us through the processed, evaluated the furniture to be moved and committed to being under their quoted time and price, and they were! Josh and Thomas were absolute gems! Not only were they detailed before move out and move in with notes on my furniture and boxes, they were gentle in handling and skilled with the tight squeeze to move into my upstairs apartment! Josh worked with us on discussing where furniture should go for good spacing, but moved so efficiently in a short 3 hours! Thomas worked with me in the office for setting up the move and giving a GREAT price quote.For future moves into new housing or moving items to storage, I wont hire anyone else...and Ill always request Josh and Thomas! I am so happy I went with Little Guys Movers for my move from Kentucky to Iowa! Not only was the price considerably less than their competitors, but they did a great job. Christian, Josh, and Dustin made my move as smooth and stress-free as possible. Christian and Josh got the pleasure of driving the truck to Iowa and unloading. They were very patient asking questions about where something should go and took the time to explain different things I would need to setting up my washer and dryer. Well worth the money!

I had a 1000 lb gun safe to move and it was hard to find a company that could move it.... Little Guys Movers sent out 4 huge guys that handled this hard to move item with precision and ease. Well, it looked easy as I stood there in amazement of the communication and coordination this team displayed to safely remove from one residence and delivered to another in quick fashion. For all your moving needs, always call on Little Guys first! The entire staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Little Guys made our move smooth and pleasant. It was impressive to see Alex and Nick working so closely together while always keeping safety in mind. They handled every piece with care as if it were their own personal property. We used Little Guys twice within the month. The first time was a small move of several pieces of furniture. Today we had a move in which three homes were consolidated into two. Adam and Dustin listened to my instructions, conducted the move expediently, and asked me when they needed to. They worked steadily and were friendly, explaining things when asked. The move went smooth, with no problems. Moves are stressful, but Adam and Dustin took the worries away!

I love this company! Everyone was friendly and professional! I called for a quote and got a fair and honest quote. I called at the last possible second to book and they got me in. Everyone was great! The guys moving my stuff were amazing and fast! I can not say enough good things or recommend them highly enough. If you need movers, you really need to call Little Guys, they are amazing!
