Racism, Treating customers differently... I go to this place for 4 years after I moved to Suwanee today my experience forced me to add this review. No doubt they do good job but more than that respect and customer service is important. I called today at noon and booked the appointment. Owner and the hair stylist were there and hair stylist working with other customer. Owner told me please wait and you are next. I waited 10 mins and one customer came to the place and he asked how long time I need to wait. The Owner responded back and said I will take you right away before he takes me... I feel this is not fair and I told the owner thanks for your customer service and left.

My family is going to Royal Cuts from last 7 years. Ive recommended them to many friends. From last two visits I noticed Sam is making racist and derogatory remarks to one particular ethnicity. He is deeply disrespectful attitude towards certain customers. . He is making unreasonable demands such as I can only cut your hairs if you dont move, your head should be absolutely clean before I put my hand. Last time my 11 years old was ashamed and deeply saddened when he made disrespectful comment in front of all customers. Today I told him to be mindful of his attitude and comments.

Sam is a professional, always happy to greet his customers, and his staff does an amazing job. I wont go anywhere else. I made the mistake of going to Supercuts near Kroger/Sharon springs one day when Sam wasnt in... lets just say that Ive learned my lesson.
