I HAD hair that was long enough to almost reach my bottom. On September 3rd, I entered Smartstyle with a pic of my desired hairstyle. I took my hair down out of the bun it was in and sat in the chair. The "beautician" NOT, started combing out my hair. My hair was wind blown and tangled so I asked her twice if she wanted me to comb it out, she refused to let me. I told her three-four times to only take off about 3 inches. She decided to only comb my hair out to just past my shoulders and then cut a chunk out of the back of my hair, I had asked her several times if she was sure about being capable of cutting my hair, when she got to the side of my head and I could see her cut my hair my mouth dropped open; it was then that I knew what she done to my hair. I let her finish, hoping I would at least get the desired style, just much shorter than I wanted... NO I did not!! I now have a above the shoulder Bob that looks horrible. NOT HAPPY!!

A+ service. Ive gone to see Jared (This one guy there that cuts my hair) so many times and hes never screwed it up. I recently took my girlfriend to see him at this same small business inside walmart. My girlfriend is super self conscious when it comes to her hair. She had a huge knot that wouldnt come out, Jared sat her down right away, and started working at it. He got the knot out and cut her hair beautifully. She tipped him like $15. Which is a lot more than she usually tips hair stylists.

Mary is the best I had some of the worst hair cuts in my life from people I even went o a high dollar salon and got a crappy cut I started going to Mary when she worked at the turkey creek store now she has moved to oakridge and I drive from Loudon tn shes awesome!!!
