The older shampoo lady drowns you with water while washing your hair. She washed my hair 5 times and washed the jet black rinse right out and I had just gotten it. She does not wash or scrub the middle of your scalp. And she has hang nails. They do not know how to style only good at straightening/burning your hair. This week they had the little girl (Maria s daughter) taken clients rollers out. Another time I was there, the lady that sits 2 chairs down from Maria was mopping the floor like I was not sitting there under the dryer. Lastly they need to learn English so that they can better assist clients. #dissatisfiedseveraltimes #nevergoingback #onlywentbecauseitwasclose #learnedmylesson

Form and Style salon the three ladies in salon were all rude and two spoke very poor English I have been here before and tried it again same poor rude service. For the ladies that are looking for or want to try "Buyer Beware" in for a rude treat. I guess I dont understand why are you in the business where you have to deal with customers and dont like people and you are rude and unfriendly.

Its all about the money...they can care less about how you look or feel about your hair. Theyre like robots,no ones talking to their clients and theyre frowned all up looking crazy with Funky ass attitudes,just rude as hell. So overpriced for the service they provide. Not a friendly environment at all!!!!!! Never going back!!!!!
