Ive been given the worst haircuts of my entire life here. To the point where i had no choice but to buzz my entire head afterward. The manager tried to make it right financially. Over a year later, i went back with 3 reference photos- one was of myself- of a stacked pixie with longer, feminine fringe. I showed the stylist my preferences of length on my own head and the very first thing she did was take the clippers aaaaalll the way up the back of my head and remove any hope for volume in the back. Not at all what we had discussed. I tried the style for a day or two and finally removed the rest of the disconnected mess in the front. Now im a 6 week postpartum mother with a buzzcut. Needless to say, im disappointed again and have finally learned my lesson.

Big fat zero. Stopped in here with my daughter for a haircut. Checked in with a staff member and waited approx 20-22 minutes in the empty waiting area. We were the ONLY customers inside the whole time so we started wondering what what going on with this place. The super weird part was the person who checked us in said she was going off shift and tried to get the other employee to come out of a locked room while we were waiting. She refused to come out. Freaky. We left without receiving any services.

I recently stopped in to get a conditioning treatment, and had exceptional service! Not only was I impressed with the treatment, I received phenomenal service! I will definitely be returning for my trims and treatments. I did notice a difference in work ethic between stylist. If you want your hair done flawlessly the first time, ask for Cheyenne! You will not be disappointed!

Like a few other reviewers mentioned I have also had weird experiences / bad haircuts mostly limited to 1 employee and I was hesitant to return. Was glad to find out today that Jill is no longer with the company. Great haircut from Jessie, exactly what I asked for and looked better than Id hoped. Reasonably priced, quick, and convenient. Ill be back!

1 hour until close and only 2 customers. Only a single stylist who pressured me to leave and come back the next day. This is a terribly mismanaged business. Would give zero stars if possible.
