I am an undercover Google reviewer and Psychic medium. I was sent to this salon a as a "pretend" client. This weekend I had a disappointing experience at this salon. These people are engaging in illegal practices of charging unexpected hidden fees. I came in Saturday to a not so busy salon and was expecting to pay $35 like the menu says. I go in with my medium length hair and was told minimum my hair was to cost $130. This is ILLEGAL, folks. I have a lawyer who can shut down this salon . Its ILLEGAL to charge differently per person none the less charge a bogus $130. This can lead to a lawsuit because for all I know, that couldve been made up for reason such as race or the "fool the new client" effect where you lie to a new client. This happened almost 10 years ago too. They last minute wanted to a charge extra for shampoo. I dont how an unprofessional business lasted so long. I forsee the end. Why would anyone pay that when a real professional Salon costs that?
