This place stinks. I went there for only a side-bang and they layered my hair, and didnt put in the side-bang! You couldnt tell until after my hair was dried, and by then the dumb idiot who cut my hair couldnt fix it, and it looked terrible! Do NOT go to Fantastic Sams unless you want hair that looks like a four-year-old cut it.

Ive been here ~10 times. They will always tell you 10-15 minute wait; take it with a grain of salt. I have waited for over 50 minutes on two different occasions. The quality of hair stylists are the same as any of these types of places, hit and miss. Its a good thing there arent many other options in the area...

Been going here since 2005 and I always have a good experience here...the ladies LISTEN to what i say and i walk out looking and feeling great! Melanie is super, but the other ladies are great too!
