I had an appointment at 12:00 and I had to wait 25 minutes for my stylist. While she was washing my hair the receptionist walks over and asks how much longer, because her next appointment is there already, and she is 25 minutes early. My stylist tells her she will be done at 1:30. She blow dried my hair and then starts to cut layers around my face, when up bounces the receptionist again, asking how much longer, and then rudely starts whispering in her ear. That was it for my appointment. My stylist didnt have time to check if the layers are even, to show me what the back of my hair, or to run a flat iron through it to smooth it.When I got home I started checking my hair to find uneven layers. I called the salon to talk to a salon manager, and have not heard from them to date (4 days ago). I have had to stop payment with my bank. I am so disappointed. The receptionist needs to learn her job and let the stylists do theirs! I think if my stylist (master level) had had a chance she could have given me the styling I wanted and expected.

My appointment with Princeton Salon and Spa was definitely worth 5 stars! Not only is the salon absolutely beautiful, but my hairstylist (Catie Costello) did a phenomenal job with my hair! I am very particular about getting the right color for my hair, and she went above and beyond to get exactly what I had in mind! Highly recommended!

Catie Costello did an AMAZING job when I saw her for a color and corrective cut. She had to correct a bad haircut from a different salon I had gotten before seeing her. I ended up leaving the Princeton Salon beaming. I had NEVER in my life been so happy with the way my hair looked. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone!

Gage and his staff are awesome! It feels like a spa experience everytime I go. I am really picky with my hair and I have NEVER been disappointed. The Aveda products smell heavenly and you leave feeling happy and relaxed!

I love this salon, I always call last minute and make an appointment. They are nicer and cheaper than Joseph and friends down the road. They also have a really nice spa area for eyebrow waxing as well.
