WEDDING DAY PERFECTION! From planning the day, through the hair and makeup trial, to wedding day go-time, everything was absolutely flawless and perfect. Everyone at Bloom made me feel important and at ease while planning my wedding beauty preparations. The salon was great at returning my phone calls and making sure I understood all the arrangements. 7 bridesmaids, 2 mothers, and 1 very picky bride left the salon looking and feeling (was I kept calling) "The very best versions of ourselves". We were pampered like a VIPs. PLUS we finished ahead of schedule which started the whole day off on the right foot!! Thank you sooooo much Bloom! I wish I could do it all again!! Side note: I started seeing Reagan for several months prior to my wedding to be sure my hair was cut properly for the style I wanted on my wedding day. Every single time I went for a hair cut, I felt very relaxed and comfortable with her. She is fantastic!! I also have a friend that loves Robyn- while shes never cut my hair, I know for a fact she is amazing to keep him so happy! Great job Bloom staff! Stay fabulous!

Andrea Foreman From the moment you walk through the door, to the time you check out, Bloom Salon is a warm and welcoming experience! The gals at the front desk and the stylists are all so sweet and always take their time with me. I never feel rushed and truly find it a relaxing environment every time. In fact, I dont have just one favorite stylist, I love them all! I trust each and every one of the stylists to cut, color and style my hair. I look forward to my appointments and find it difficult to leave after Im done, we just cant stop talking! The gals are all so sweet and truly take an interest in my personal life and getting to know me. And, I just love all the Aveda products! I wouldnt use anything else on my hair. The color they use is not harsh at all and makes my hair shiny and smooth. Honestly, I cant imagine going anywhere else. I just love all the compliments I get on my hair! I highly recommend Bloom Salon to all my friends, family and clients. Its a beautiful experience!

I have been going to Bloom every 8 weeks for the last 2 1/2 years. I started going after another salon butchered my hair. Giselle corrected that botched haircut and now gives me a great cut everytime .She also does my highlights and I get tons of compliments. For me, a good haircut means I can blow dry it and it will look like it looked when I left the salon. I have never been disappointed. Giselle even did my hair for my sons wedding even though a stylist was hired for the bridal party. I would not have trusted anyone else on such an important day. Everyone who works there is welcoming and friendly. I definetly would recommend this salon.

Always a great experience all around with Bloom Salon. I get compliments all the time on my hair cut and color, which never happened until I started getting my hair done there! The staff are all great, and very knowledgeable about the Aveda products and what works well for whatever your hair needs may be. As a woman with 30 + years experience buying hair and makeup products that did not follow through on their promise ... it is great that the products I buy now always work great! I would highly recommend Bloom Salon to anyone!

Salon is extremely clean and beautiful. I got my hair done by Tori. I had highlights done and the color was awesome. She was patient and very sweet. I felt like my hair could have been blown out a little more but she did work on my hair for a few hours with color and cut. I did not go in there with those intentions. I would go again. Another plus was that Tori did not go cut too much , just what needed to be cut. Again she was very sweet and patient. Such a lovely young lady. Thank you.

I used to drive into the city every 8 weeks to get my hair cut and colored. Not anymore! Bloom is actually better! The ambiance is better, they are always on time for appointments, super friendly and Lisa does a fabulous job cutting my hair which happens to be very short and requires attention to detail. I know because I have had my share of terrible cuts before I started going to Lisa at Bloom. Give Bloom a try. You wont regret it. You will become a "regular" like me!

Bloom Salon is a great salon in downtown Arlington Heights. Its beautifully decorated and is very inviting, smells amazing with all the Aveda products they have/use, and has expert stylists! I highly recommend Giselle for a haircut and waxing; shes very talented, listens to what you want done and will offer up suggestions if you are open to them. I will definitely be going back soon to "freshen up" for the holidays! :)

Love it here. its relaxing, the talent is superb and is run by the very capable Barb who understands how to cultivate and keep Blooms clients. Ive been going there for several years now and have had my hair cared for by Robin. Shes worked with my stubborn roots, my unruly hair and produced beautiful results. I never have to wait. This place gets my highest recommendation.

The salon had a warm and welcoming feel upon arrival. I was promptly taken back to start my appointment on time. Reagan was my stylist and totally listened and understood what look I was going for. The shampooing scalp massage and hand massage were an extra little bonus! Absolutely love my haircut, will certainly recommend to family/friends and be a repeat client.

I love Bloom! From the moment you walk through the door everyone is nice and helpful. The salon is clean, decorated nicely and is not as loud as some other salons Ive been in. Its nice to chat with your stylist and not have to shout over other hair dryers or other people. Sandra is the best!

Clean, friendly and timely. I never have to wait long, if at all, for my appointments. The esthetician is wonderful, does great eyebrow waxes, but sadly only works 3 days a week. Had 2 good haircuts so far and its an Aveda salon, love their products!
