Worst ever professional behaviour I encountered in a long time. My wife called in beforehand to get me on their schedule for a hair cut but to our disappointment owner told us that they dont do appointment, it is strictly by first come first serve basis but what the hack, I went and waited for almost 1 hour 30 minutes (I know its crazy wait time but salon is closest to where I live). Finally it was my turn and when owner asked who is next, I got up just to hear a lady scream her heart out saying its her turn because she took an appointment on the phone and to my surprize owner shamelessly asked to wait for 5 minutes. When I asked her about her policy of no appointments, she told me sometimes she can make exceptions for whosoever is dear to her heart or at least so it appeared to me. WHAT A CRAP !!! I sure did return without a hair cut rightway and first thing I am doing upon my return in writing this review.

They said they dont take phone appointments and then took a guy and his son ahead of me saying that he had called for the appointment. lady cutting the hair, didnt even let people waiting in the line know about the appointment and didnt even ask when she took this fellow ahead of us

Are you a male? Screwed. She wouldnt take appointment for men, you will be waiting for hours for haircut, ladies will call her from outside the store, book appointment and will be given preference over you. Cant Kill time, come here.
