A friend suggested this salon for hair services. Well, the staff was friendly at reception desk, but for first time (they knew it) it would be nice to be shown around (where coats go, who your hairdresser is). Hair washing was terrible, because it was a busy day, the girl barely washed my hair and left it half unwashed and covered in conditioner in the back. My hairdresser, Janie was very nice and friendly and did a good job with a haircut. Janie mentioned that she also does coloring. So, I came for Highlights and told her exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, (again because she was in a hurry) it turned out terrible. I could still see my old outgrown highlights after and she overbleached it and again I left with my hair washed terribly and sticky due to unwashed out shampoo and conditioner. I came in the next morning and Janie tried to tone my hair, but didnt check up on it and again my hair turned out the way it was before I came to the salon but even darker. In the end, I paid $100 for nothing,wasted 2 days in the salon, and my hair looks worse than before. No matter how busy you are, each customer deserves full attention of staff.

I booked an appointment here because my regular nail place was completely booked up. I got a plain old mani/pedi. I am not sure whether I got a new nail tech or what, but all I have to say is OUCH. I walked around with sore fingers as she seemed to have nicked my skin in several places as she was working on my cuticles. Im never going back. Oh, and by the way, she wasnt even wearing gloves...

Ive been going to The Best for 20 years and love the salon. I love my stylist Nancy and always get great service. Highly recommend if youre looking!
