Ive gotten a haircut, manicure (way over-priced) and a facial here. The facial and hair cut services were excellent. The facial especially. The women were experts and really know what they were doing. I do however have very high expectations of customer service at a place like this. Although the staff is friendly, they do not seem to cater to a customer first policy. My boyfriend had purchased what they call a VIP pass to get 2 facials, haircut and manicure. Even though I bought the upgrades for each one and products during each visit, they were not willing to go the extra mile to work with me to schedule my last appointment, which was nearing its expiration date. At a previous visit, the manager, I think he was the owners son, tried to sell me on how exclusive and up-scale they were. It seems a bit taste-less to me. I was already there and wanted to experience it for myself rather than be told how great it was. I will consider going to their salon again for facials, but well see if they can take care of me for this next appointment.

Coming from someone that have a lot of thick hair. Love my hair Dimitri and Helen did a great job. First time at Zaza, I dont easily trust my hair to anyone but I was at a point were my hair needed desperatly a cut and color so I decided to give it a try and I was not disappointed. Helen took time to ask me what I want and she did an excellent job. Dimitri give me his professional opinion after I told him what I usually get don, I was a little skeptic but I say worst case scenario hair grows, I took the risk and he surprise me (really hard job been very demanding and with high standards).He took time to stile my hair usually people just dry with a brush and never take the time to polish it. He took the time and really polish my hair and stile it with the flat iron leaving it softer, shiny and ligher. I was looking for a hairstylist that I can trust for so long and finally I found one. Thank you so much really appreciate the hard work. Will be back.

I bought a Groupon for a Brazilian wax and thought it was going to be the typical experience of the salon just trying to do the minimum in satisfying the deal. Not at all! The staff was incredibly friendly from my first call to book the appointment through saying good bye after my service was complete. The wax I got from Julia is, hands down, the BEST wax I have ever had. It had been a while since I had one done and she suggested to upgrade to the sensitive wax that only sticks to the hair and not the skin. I was hesitant to pay extra (only $10), but decided to go with it. It didnt hurt! Not even a little bit!! She is also very thorough. Most every wax Ive had in the past missed spots, but not here! I will certainly be going back for the same service as well as try out some of the others that they offer.

If I could give negative stars for my experience today I would. Melissa, who I have seen several times does a good job. Getting an appointment with her is very difficult. Was seen by Chantale today and the result is a haircut that is no where close to the picture of myself with haircut I wanted. I had to tell her cut shorter once, which she did. Had to tell her to cut the sides shorter and she didnt, she decided to thin it out, hhen I asked her not to. The result was an unevenly styled, hair sticking out everywhere haircut.. SHe did offer to fix, but why would I let the bad hair cut continue. All this for the low cost of $80. Will not be back. Neither will my daughter who goes there. I got home, my husband shok his head. My neighbor who also goes there said she wont go back either

After reading the reviews here I decided to give ZaZa salon a shot for an acne facial. The facial itself was really well- done. I would give the facial itself a 4 and a ½ stars. The reason why my rating went down was because I felt like after the facial I was being rushed out. I wasnt even finished being dressed and the esthetician walked in on me and was telling me her next client is waiting. Well, I had to wait before I came in too. Because, I was being rushed I ended up going to the bathroom to finish dressing and getting myself together. I think I will still come back considering how well Leah did with the facial; she is very meticulous in extracting every black head and white head.

I love Zaza people! I first started coming there for manicures and pedicures ( by the way they are excellent) and now I am getting my cut and color done as well. Kendra came up with a great color for my complexion, and Chanel is giving me an amazing haircut. I always get compliments on my hair and I sent a lot of my friends to Zaza. They all love it - and we always talk about Zaza when we get together. The ownership is doing an excellent job running salon and make clients happy. They just started a new referral program; you actually can make cash for recommending a client - what a great idea. I highly recommend Zaza salon!!!!

I recently visited Zaza salon and was blown away by the customer service and the beauty of this salon. The atmosphere was very relaxing and friendly. I had my nails done by Gayle who did an amazing job. She was wonderful to everyone there, and is so focused on you as the customer as to make you feel like a princess. I received compliments on my nails and was very happy with the service and warmth I received by her. Lily did my eyebrows and they were amazing. I am a very happy client and will visit Gayle to get my nails done as she did an amazing job. Thanks! :)

Today was my first visit to ZAZA and I was most impressed. The salon itself is gorgeous. The front desk reception most welcoming. I had a facial with Julia. She knew exactly what my skin needed. She is amazing! Upon leaving I spoke again with the desk who explained all the wonderful bonuses they have for frequent visitors. I also spoke with the salon owner...a handsome young man also extremely knowledgable and friendly. I will be back for sure and this time with my daughter in tow! Thank you for the wonderful service and a most pleasant experience.

ZaZa Salon and Day Spa is the place to go for the most incredible facials and spa manis and pedis!! Rinna (facials) and Ruslana (nails) are experts in their field and I always walk out feeling I got such much more than the price I paid. Plus, the entire experience is relaxing, and after a long work week I am certain to feel the stress releasing the moment they work their magic!! ZaZa Salon and Day Spa is a comforting oasis and a must visit!! From the moment you walk in to the time you leave you will be treated very well!!

My express pedicure was awesome and the conversation was fun with Ruslana! My feet feel and look amazing. Its a little more expensive than I usually pay for a pedicure, but I think its worth it. The soaking pre-pedicure was lengthy and prepared my feet for a beautiful scrubbing and massage. The polish choices are a little more narrow than the other place Ive tried down the street, but the service compensated. I will be back! Excellent and close to home!
