I went here for an all over color and highlight 2 days ago. My stylist was very inexperienced and it made my visit awkward and uncomfortable. She left color all over my forehead, neck and ears and kept telling me that it would eventually come off and not to worry about it. It’s a place that specializes in color and I felt like it was the first color my stylist had ever done. You’d think a salon focused in hair color would have stylists that would be more aware of customer’s needs. She offered me a lotion to use with a towel to remove the stains…. I scrubbed with no avail until my head hurt. The rest of my day was ruined as I couldnt go out in public with the stains all over my face. Worse off, she didn’t seem phased at all. I HOPED for an ounce of sympathy from her for her mistake, but didnt receive so much as a simple apology. You would think any stylist who has done more than one color in their career would know how to clean a customer’s hairline. Other than that being very irritating, my color was mediocre and I opted for just a trim since I could tell my stylist was unsure of everything she was doing. For a dark all over color and a few highlights it was nearly $140 and I felt it was extremely overpriced for the result I received. After all, I had to dry my own hair and spend nearly 10 minutes trying to remove all the color from my skin. I will NOT be going back. I HOPE you don’t either.

I start going to Colorific in 2013 for highlights and keratin treatments, they were expensive but I was impressed, initially. Then in February of 2016 I did something a little more dramatic with my hair and had it lightened all over and it worked out fine for 9 months until I went back just to get my roots touched up because I liked the lighter color. Previously I had no breakage and started out with healthy long virgin hair, after getting just my roots touched up my hair has gone from down to the middle of my back to just below my shoulders and I can not stop it from breaking off. At first they were very careful and assured me they were specialist and wouldnt do anything to damage my hair, and they did great until September of 2016. I am so disappointed, and I really miss my hair it is still breaking off and everyone questions me about what happened to my hair.

I visited for the first time two days ago. I was paired with a stylist who had been doing hair for about 5 years, but was new to this salon. I had a great consultation about my color options and chose to go with their advice on getting blonde highlights, but also reddish lowlights. I also stayed for a cut and blow dry. From start to finish I was there for almost 2 and a half hours, but I couldnt have been happier with both my color and the cut I got. I will agree with some reviewers that the stylists are a little young, but I didnt see anything but professionlism and I saw a lot of other customers also get some great styles. I used to go to Mario - this was cheaper and I walked away feeling more satisfied with what I got for my money going here. I already set my appointment for my touch up in 6 weeks.

I have been to Colorific many times and so have others in my famiy. We have NOT had a bad experrence at all, quite the opposite. All of their employees have been MORE than helpful but very attentive. I have had numberous type of color treatments, from 1 step, up to color with both high & low lights and a cut...Gorgeous Everytime!! Cant rave enough about it, and have ALWAYS received compliments & asked where I had my hair done!! I was lucky to really like the first woman that I had & have continued with Jessica, but my daughter has gone to several and have always had Great results!! We Highly recommend them.

I am a stylist myself and was nervous about going to someone other than my long time stylist friends. However, they were busy with the Christmas season so I had to make other arrangements. Boy am I glad I did. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the salon and my stylist, Amanda, was very professional, knowledgeable and skilled. She earned my trust with her consultation and color technique, so much so that I decided to let her cut and style my hair as well. I havent seen it look this great in quite some time. This place is a find. Enjoy your visit :)

Worst experience of my life! I called to set an appointment up and they said just come in, 15 mins later I walk in and they tell me they are booked and that there was no way to get my hair done, when I tried to explain I just called the woman who I was talking to had pink hair and bluntly told me " well thats not my problem and there is nothing we can do for YOU" she came off as very snobbish and had loads of attitude. I will NEVER go there again!

My mom goes to Brittney every time and loves it !!! We needed to get family pics done and Brittney wasnt there. My mom only needed a blow out and the women that she got, not Brittney, made her look like she was struck by lightning. It cost $25. When we got home my mom hated it so much that she took a shower and then blew it out herself. WE LOVE BRITTNEY !!!!!!!!!!!!!! ASK FOR HER !!!!!!!!!!!

I agree Kelly M. These girls are very nice but very green. I just ended up with a blob of brown in the back of my head that makes it look like a chunk is missing. I cant believe they let me leave like this. They will correct it tomorrow for free- we shall see. Im afraid I will have to return to Mario.
