The receptionist has no customer service skills!!! I made an appointment first thing on Monday morning. A family member was in yhe hospital, so I wasnt sure if I could make it and left a message Saturday night saying that I would like to reschedule, and to call me so I know they heard my message. I never heard back, so I left another message a few hoirs later saying that I will.just keep.my appointment because I havent heard back. Still no call. Some salons check their messages after hours. So, I show up and the receptionist said she did listen to message over the weekend and cancelled my facial and massage appointments! I asked her why she did not call me to let me know. She did not answer my question, nor did she apologize for her mistake and told me that I need to reschedule. I rescheduled for another day that I took a day off work. I was running 10 minutes late and called to let them know, but receptionist did not answer. When I got there, the same rude receptionist was outside smoking (which was why she did not answer the phone). She then told me that she assumed that I was not coming and that the "esthetician would not take me now." I told her that I called and am fine with having the service done 10 minutes shorter since it was my fault being late. I asked to speak with the esthetician. So, she gets the esthetician to come out and she leaves and went to the back room. The esthetician quietly tells me that the receptionist went ahead and called another client to come in 25 minutes because she assumed I was not going to show up! I then asked her to ask the receptionist to come back here so I can ask her why she did not call me, nor did she tell me the truth, as well as why I was not told about any rule stating that after 10 minutes an appointment will be cancelled!! The receptionist was nowhere to be found though! Obviously, she knew that she was wrong and did not want to talk to me. I will NEVER go back to this establishment. The receptionist has horrible customer service skills.

I made an appt on Monday for Friday at 11am. I had another appt for my son at 1:30. I arrived at 10:50am after driving 20 mins to get there and was immediately told someone had put me in the schedule for noon and not 11. I explained that I made the appt myself for 11 and would have never made a noon because of the conflict. They tried to tell me the receptionist was out the day before so I never got a confirmation. I explained someone made a mistake because I specifically made it for 11. They were very rude and refused to do anything to make up for their mistake. They had excuse after excuse. They never apologized and NEVER offered to do anything. The manager even sarcastically said "have a nice day" I just called my ride and had them come pick me up. If they can screw up the appt time so badly and not offer an apology or anything for my trouble - I can only imagine how horrible the rest of the service would be. I will never go here again.

Horrible customer service. Booked an appointment & was refused for being 5 min late. They refused accommodate me & their next availability is after my groupon expires. Although I drove far & waited, the receptionist was terribly rude. Furthermore, the facility is filthy & plain scary. Doesnt resemble a salon even a bit. Looks more like a brothel.

Horrible customer service I had my appt. From feb they cancelled it for me and reschedule it by April and they cancelled it again and they told me that they r gonna call me back to reschedule they never did and when I called her to complain about the delay she was like ok we can reschedule till August .....

I recently had a great experience there with Jennifer! She was professional , kind and funny! I agree that customer service could have been better - when I called for an appt they didnt tell me they relocated...however the time with Jennifer made up for it. Cant wait to return!
