I tried to like my brows all day. I just couldnt. Im not happy with them. The only reason im giving 2 stars is because she was nice. It was my first time going in and was hoping for great skills and precision because of the reviews. Ive been growing and grooming my brows for 8 months, to achieve a full natural brow. I need my face framed correctly for my job, so great brows are key. I asked the girl to only clean them. I like my brows thick & long. Its the best shape for my face. She says ok I understand. She shows me one and its fine. A little thinner than I like but fine. She shows me the end result. Not at all the same shape or even similar! I asked her to remove a few hairs from the left one because it still had random, misplaced hairs. She threads and thins the wrong one!!! She did not listen to me. Im worried now and i said your doing the wrong one. Now what? She says ill fix it. Now both my brows are thin as hell and awkwardly shaped. I MUST fill it in now, and eventhough its an option, thats not the point. I already had fullness I wanted. I just needed a cleaning. No extra steps! I went for a service and I thought I explained what I wanted. Now its going to take me another 5 months to get back to the fullness I lost in 2 min! I just wish this threader wasnt so quick to move me along and just listened to what I was saying. I will not be going back. Highly dissapointed.

I done all my service here and my all family & friends we never had bed experience whos not satisfied in one place thay never satisfied nowhere so why people blame business to do this and that who really like it thay go where thay like that dont need good reviews to go ..... Lashes is depend on maintaining and care for last so whos done thay never complain and I go all the time and I never seen so I dont believe people reviews bcz who know thay been this place I have business and I have always junk people so Im not surprised for all reviews ..... After bed reviews still come and get service done when thay not satisfied nowhere ....

I have been going to Sita Beauty Care for eyebrow threading for the past 8 months. When I initially went my eyebrows were thin and difficult to shape as a result of other salons doing them incorrectly. Sita explained to me what must be done in order to get my eyebrows back to their regular thickness and to get a nice clean arch. Sita knew what she was doing! Slowly but surely, I watched my eyebrows grow back and was able to get a beautiful natural arch. Right now, I am very happy to have met Sita. She is friendly, prompt, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. I will not let ANYBODY else touch my eyebrows.

The lady is very nice, and I think she does a good job with my eyebrows. But I thought it was rude that I still wanted more service & she took 2 other customers before she did another service on me. They have the clientel, what not get more staff? I know she didnt do it intentionally but its still annoying. Some people are patient, or dont have anything else to do, but I work and want to be in & out. Especially if I arrived before those other 2 people. They can wait just like everyone. Get help or lose customers!

Terrible experience. My lashes lasted 6hrs tops and came off so easily it required no remover for the remaining lashes. I reached out to the owner and she asked to redo them although I asked for a refund within 24hrs and showed her my bare eyes but she refused to offer the refund. Needless to say the lashes came off again, this time within hours from leaving the shop. Terrible customer satisfaction. If you want lashes done properly, avoid this place altogether!

I have been going to a mall eyebrow store and getting a different person every time, and it was not working out well. Finally, everything was such a mess that I knew I had to find someone competent that I could return to when needed. Sita is definitely what I was looking for! Her shop is small and friendly, and it will be easy to arrange to see her. Already, after one visit, I feel I am closer to what I wanted. She listens, is very kind, and really skilled.

I loved loved my eyebrows . I think it was the owner who did them . I got them threaded and tinted . She was very nice and professional buuuuuuuuuuttt I also got my eyelashes and they were HORRIBLE!!! It wasnt the owner that did them she had another girl do them , which I dont think she even had that much experience because she kept calling the owner to help. They were very uneven and fell off the next day . So if you go I recommend not getting your lashes here !

Love Sita! Just wish she was closer to my home or workplace. She is very personable and has the most pleasant personality and stellar customer service. Her work on my brows is impeccable and precise. Whenever Im on this side of town and need threading this is where I go.
