The Establishment is EXACTLY what you want in a salon. Laid back, talented stylists, good music, tea, etc. Best of all, they are every womans salon dreams come true- if you go in and ask them to help you figure out what looks best, they do, and they get it right every time. Every other salon, if you ask this, they will trim a half inch and play it safe. Ive never found a salon that I like so much Ive made it my hair home. Im an Establishment customer for life, and Ive recommended it to lots of people.

I was looking for something new and cute for my hair after a long winter, so I went here to get bangs in early March. The stylist was pleasant and seemed to know what she was doing, but I had to go back a few days later since they were uneven and choppy when I styled them at home. Another stylist took me in and seemed annoyed she had to fix them. Sorry for the inconvenience! Overall, I paid $50 for a relaxing wash and mediocre haircut which is STILL uneven. I wont be returning to this establishment.

I have been to many place trying to find a good hair stylist. I finnally found an awesome one. When I go to the Establishment I ask for Annie. I dont know how the other ones do, but I love her. Its the first time in 5 years I actually love my hair cut ! Plus if you are a student you get a discount and you only paid 35 dollars (their colors are expensive though). Overall adorable, young, and dynamic team. Most important : qualified ! Awesome place.

Ive gotten my hair cut at The Establishment several times and have always had a great experience. However, my last haircut with Kara exceeded my already high expectations! She gave me exactly the cut I was looking for, despite my inarticulate rambling of what I wanted, and gave me some great hair care tips. Couldnt recommend Kara enough!!

Just moved to Milwaukee from California and almost drove to Chicago get a hair cut! But Im so happy I found this place. I got my hair cut by Shannon. She did an amazing job and totally listened to what I wanted. Its been over a month since I got my hair cut from her and its growing out nicely.

It was a very nice little shop with very friendly stylists. Jessica was great, she made great conversation and gave me a great cut. Didnt know the price was going to be as high as it was so be careful you ask (which I didnt do) but I would highly recommend this place.
